Miesto, na ktorom sa be\u017en\u00fd \u010dlovek pravdepodobne prv\u00fd kr\u00e1t stretne s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm programov takzvanej met\u00f3dy kone\u010dn\u00fdch prvkov, vo svete naz\u00fdvanou FEA. Ak\u00fd \u00fa\u010del pln\u00ed? Sl\u00fa\u017ei na simul\u00e1ciu rozli\u010dn\u00fdch dejov nakonkr\u00e9tnych modeloch. Jednotliv\u00e9 sk\u00faman\u00e9 parametre s\u00fa zis\u0165ovan\u00e9 na uzlov\u00fdch bodoch ur\u010dit\u00e9ho po\u010dtu prvkov dan\u00e9ho modelu. Simula\u010dn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie sa stali be\u017enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho procesu, preto\u017ee ur\u00fdch\u013euj\u00fa pr\u00e1cu a\u00a0pom\u00e1haj\u00fa odhali\u0165 nedostatky kon\u0161trukcie u\u017e v\u00a0skor\u00fdch etap\u00e1ch.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u013emi zlo\u017eit\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia nast\u00e1va pri novom n\u00e1vrhu za potreby vyu\u017eitia pokro\u010dil\u00fdch \u013eahk\u00fdch kompozitov\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov. Ich vlastnosti s\u00fa toti\u017e ve\u013emi \u0161pecifick\u00e9. Jednou zo spolo\u010dnost\u00ed, zaoberaj\u00facou sa kompozitov\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lmi je KTM Technologies. Ich cie\u013eom bolo skombinova\u0165 akceler\u00e1ciu motocyklu so stabilitou auta. Prv\u00fd prototyp mohli fan\u00fa\u0161ikovia vidie\u0165 na \u017denevskom autosal\u00f3ne v\u00a0roku 2007. U\u017e v nasleduj\u00facomroku priviezli verziu pripraven\u00fa pre produkciu. Moment\u00e1lne je ro\u010dn\u00e1 produkcia tohto homologizovan\u00e9ho cestn\u00e9ho vozidla pribli\u017ene 1000 kusov.V\u00a02008 prebehol \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj, ktor\u00fd so sebou priniesol modifikovan\u00fa,\u013eahk\u00fa a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 vysokopevn\u00fa, monokokov\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru a\u00a0verziu GT. Spom\u00ednan\u00fd monokok a\u00a0mnoh\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie komponenty, s\u00fa vyroben\u00e9 z\u00a0CFRP. Ide o kompozitov\u00fd materi\u00e1l vytvoren\u00fd kombin\u00e1ciou uhl\u00edkov\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna a\u00a0plastovej matrice. T\u00e1to vetva spolo\u010dnosti KTM sa zameriava na v\u00fdvoj uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch kompozitov nie len pre vlastn\u00e9 projekty, ale spolupracuje aj s\u00a0in\u00fdmi klientmi. Ved\u00faci v\u00fdskumu a\u00a0simul\u00e1cii v\u00a0KTM Technologies Martin Perterer uviedol, \u017ee prv\u00fd n\u00e1vrh monokoku pre X-Bow bol vytvoren\u00fd bez vyu\u017eitia softv\u00e9ru Ansys. Po anal\u00fdze s vyu\u017eit\u00edm\u00a0programu boli schopn\u00ed zredukova\u0165 hmotnos\u0165 monokoku o\u00a020%.<br \/>\nPri uhl\u00edkovom monokoku vonkaj\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 tvor\u00ed prim\u00e1rnu pevnos\u0165 \u0161trukt\u00fary, rovnako ako \u0161krupina okolo vaj\u00ed\u010dka. Aby bola zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 po\u017eadovan\u00e1 tuhos\u0165 je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1vrh s\u00a0viacer\u00fdmi vrstvami vl\u00e1kien. Ka\u017ed\u00e1\u00a0minim\u00e1lna zmena m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 d\u00f4kladne analyzovan\u00e1 u\u017e po\u010das etapy konceptu a\u00a0tak je mo\u017en\u00e9 robi\u0165 z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 rozhodnutia v\u00a0dostato\u010dnom \u010dasovom predstihu pred fin\u00e1lnou etapou projektu.<\/p>\n<h3>Anal\u00fdza za\u0165a\u017eenia<\/h3>\n<p>Uveden\u00e9 softv\u00e9rov\u00e9 vybavenie umo\u017e\u0148uje sk\u00fama\u0165 spr\u00e1vanie sa kompozitu pri rozdielnom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed. R\u00fdchlos\u0165 vetra v simul\u00e1cii bola 140km\/h. \u010cerven\u00e1 farba reprezentuje vy\u0161\u0161iu r\u00fdchlos\u0165. R\u00fdchlos\u0165 vetra s vetern\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtom (na\u013eavo) a bez neho (napravo).<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Po\u010das v\u00fdvoja sa zamerali na mnoh\u00e9 detaily. Napr\u00edklad na mont\u00e1\u017ene otvory pre motor v\u00a0hlin\u00edkovom r\u00e1me p\u00f4sobia nie len ve\u013ek\u00e9 sily ale aj kr\u00fatiace momenty vznikaj\u00face pri akceler\u00e1cii v\u00a0z\u00e1krute a\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnom prejazde cez nerovnosti, pr\u00edpadne pri prejazde cez obrubn\u00edky na trati. \u0160peci\u00e1lny n\u00e1vrh X-Bowu tie\u017evyu\u017e\u00edva torzn\u00fa ty\u010d priamo upevnen\u00fa k\u00a0uhl\u00edkov\u00e9mu monokoku.Pri sk\u00faman\u00ed obtekania vzduchu sa nes\u00fastredili len na zlep\u0161enie aerodynamiky ale aj na optimaliz\u00e1ciu tvaru komponentov zais\u0165uj\u00facich komfort pasa\u017eierov zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm turbulenci\u00ed pri vysokej r\u00fdchlosti v\u00a0kokpite.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Audi e-BiKe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>KTM Technologies zast\u00e1valo \u00falohu konzultanta pri mnoh\u00fdch projektoch. Jedn\u00fdm z\u00a0nich je pr\u00e1ca na Audi e-BiKe W\u00f6rthersee.Znalosti KTM boli potrebn\u00e9 pri tvorbe r\u00e1mu, kolies, riadidiel a ramene zadn\u00e9ho kolesavyroben\u00fdch z\u00a0CFRP. Hlavn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom bol term\u00edn, ke\u010f\u017ee zadanie a\u00a0hotov\u00fd produkt malo deli\u0165 len 16 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Perterer povedal, \u017ee Audi pri\u0161lo s\u00a0pr\u00e1zdnym listom papiera, po\u017eiadavkami na v\u00e1hu, motor, vlastnosti a\u00a0podporou dizajnov\u00e9ho t\u00edmu Audi. Zvy\u010dajn\u00e1 doba v\u00fdvoja podobn\u00e9ho produktu toti\u017e trv\u00e1 rok alebo dva. Len v\u00fdroba formy pre CFRP \u0161trukt\u00faru zaberie zvy\u010dajne 7 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Nebolo preto mo\u017en\u00e9 postupova\u0165 klasick\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. Na za\u010diatku v\u0161etci sedeli za jedn\u00fdm stolom a\u00a0sna\u017eili sa navrhn\u00fa\u0165 koncept tak jednoduch\u00fd, ako to len bolo mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Op\u00e4\u0165 vyu\u017eili softv\u00e9rov\u00fa pomoc pri modelovan\u00ed a\u00a0anal\u00fdze kompozitov\u00fdch dielov a\u00a0aj k\u00a0anal\u00fdze kritick\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania sa \u0161trukt\u00fary pri za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed. Ich cie\u013eom bolo navrhn\u00fa\u0165 optim\u00e1lne vystu\u017eenie len na miestach, kde to bolo nevyhnutn\u00e9. V\u00fdhoda softv\u00e9ru Ansys spo\u010d\u00edva pri takto kr\u00e1tkom \u010dasovom horizonte v\u00a0tom, \u017ee simul\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017eu prebieha\u0165 od po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1vrhov konceptu s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm hrub\u00fdch 3D CAD modelov. Napriek ve\u013ekej v\u00fdzve v\u00a0podobe ur\u00fdchlen\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja a\u00a0nutnej ve\u013ekej spolupr\u00e1ci sa spolo\u010dnosti podarilo doda\u0165 prototypy 1.6kg v\u00e1\u017eiaceho r\u00e1mu o\u00a02 dni sk\u00f4r. Bez vyu\u017eitia Ansysu by to pravdepodobne nebolo mo\u017en\u00e9.
