Povedal to na tla\u010dovej besede gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e N\u00e1rodnej dia\u013eni\u010dnej spolo\u010dnosti (NDS) R\u00f3bert Auxt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Do roku 2021 by sa mali pri Ko\u0161iciach postavi\u0165 dva nov\u00e9 dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00e9 \u00faseky, a to \u00fasek D1 Budim\u00edr \u2013 Bidovce s predpokladan\u00fdm koncom v\u00fdstavby v roku 2020 a \u00fasek r\u00fdchlostnej cesty R2 Ko\u0161ice, \u0160aca \u2013 Ko\u0161ick\u00e9 O\u013e\u0161any s predpokladan\u00fdm koncom v\u00fdstavby v roku 2021. Obidva \u00faseky na seba nadv\u00e4zuj\u00fa a skompletizuj\u00fa juhov\u00fdchodn\u00fd obchvat Ko\u0161\u00edc, ktor\u00fd od\u013eah\u010d\u00ed Ko\u0161ice od tranzitu na v\u0161etky strany \u2013 smerom na Ukrajinu, Ma\u010farsko, Pre\u0161ov i Ro\u017e\u0148avu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201eVyhodnotili sme s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e na v\u00fdstavbu \u00faseku D1 Budim\u00edr \u2013 Bidovce. Dostali sme p\u00e4\u0165 cenov\u00fdch pon\u00fak, ob\u00e1lky sme za pr\u00edtomnosti m\u00e9di\u00ed otv\u00e1rali v m\u00e1ji. Najni\u017e\u0161iu cenu pon\u00fakla spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Skanska SK, ktor\u00e1 chce dia\u013enicu s d\u013a\u017ekou 15,46 km postavi\u0165 za 197,44 mili\u00f3nov eur<strong>.<\/strong> Komisia, ktor\u00e1 ponuky vyhodnocovala, najni\u017e\u0161iu ponuku akceptovala,\u201c kon\u0161tatoval R\u00f3bert Auxt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e NDS pripomenul, \u017ee predpokladan\u00e1 hodnota z\u00e1kazky bola stanoven\u00e1 na 209,39 mili\u00f3na eur, vys\u00fa\u0165a\u017een\u00e1 cena je ni\u017e\u0161ia. Okrem spolo\u010dnosti Skanska SK\u00a0v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti predlo\u017eili vy\u0161\u0161ie cenov\u00e9 ponuky, ako bola predpokladan\u00e1 hodnota z\u00e1kazky.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201eO\u010dak\u00e1vam, \u017ee do nieko\u013ek\u00fdch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov podp\u00ed\u0161eme s v\u00ed\u0165azn\u00fdm uch\u00e1dza\u010dom zmluvu. Prv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na stavenisku by sa mohli za\u010da\u0165 niekedy v novembri. V\u0161etko je pripraven\u00e9, m\u00e1me stavebn\u00e9 povolenie, stavebn\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu, \u010dak\u00e1me len na harmoniz\u00e1ciu \u0161t\u00fadie vplyvov na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie (EIA),\u201c vysvetlil R\u00f3bert Auxt. Na dolo\u017eke vplyvov EIA u\u017e pracujeme,\u00a0no kone\u010dn\u00e9 rozhodnutie nez\u00e1vis\u00ed od NDS alebo ministerstva dopravy, ale od rezortu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. \u201ePrincipi\u00e1lne ide o vec, ktor\u00fa si vy\u017eaduje Eur\u00f3pska \u00fania,\u201c dodal gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e NDS.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dia\u013enica D1 Budim\u00edr \u2013 Bidovce od Budim\u00edru po kri\u017eovatku s r\u00fdchlostnou cestou R2 v Ko\u0161ick\u00fdch O\u013e\u0161anoch bude po dobudovan\u00ed r\u00fdchlostnej cesty R2 tvori\u0165 juhov\u00fdchodn\u00fd obchvat mesta Ko\u0161ice<strong>.<\/strong> \u00dasek pokra\u010duje priamo za dia\u013enicou D1 Pre\u0161ov, z\u00e1pad \u2013 Budim\u00edr. Mesto Ko\u0161ice je napojen\u00e9 na dia\u013enicu v kri\u017eovatke Budim\u00edr, \u010fal\u0161ie napojenie bude v kri\u017eovatke Hra\u0161ov\u00edk pri obci Ko\u0161ick\u00e9 O\u013e\u0161any, kde sa napoj\u00ed aj r\u00fdchlostn\u00e1 cesta R2. \u00dasek kon\u010d\u00ed v kri\u017eovatke Bidovce napojen\u00edm na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed \u00fasek D1 Bidovce \u2013 Dargov.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">V\u00fdstavba \u00faseku na R2<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201eS\u00fa\u0165a\u017e na v\u00fdstavbu r\u00fdchlostnej cesty R2 Ko\u0161ice, \u0160aca \u2013 Ko\u0161ick\u00e9 O\u013e\u0161any vyhl\u00e1si NDS do konca roka. Prioritne sa s\u00fastred\u00edme na \u00fasporu financi\u00ed a hlavne \u010dasu. Na\u0161\u00edm najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1ujmom je, aby sa stava\u0165 za\u010dalo \u010do najsk\u00f4r,\u201c kon\u0161tatoval R\u00f3bert Auxt. Koncom j\u00fana sme zru\u0161ili s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e na vypracovanie dokument\u00e1cie na stavebn\u00e9 povolenie pri r\u00fdchlostnej ceste R2 Ko\u0161ice, \u0160aca \u2013 Ko\u0161ick\u00e9 O\u013e\u0161any s predpokladanou hodnotou z\u00e1kazky 5,3 mil. eur pre ne\u00famerne vysok\u00e9 cenov\u00e9 ponuky. S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee sa z\u00fa\u010dastnili iba dvaja uch\u00e1dza\u010di. Jeden pon\u00fakol cenu 6,87 mil. eur a druh\u00fd 7,39 mil. eur, \u010do bolo viac o 29,67 respekt\u00edve o 39,57 percenta oproti predpokladanej hodnote z\u00e1kazky. \u201eAby sme u\u0161etrili \u010das, hovor\u00edme o \u00faspore roka a\u017e roka a pol, s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e na zhotovite\u013ea vyhl\u00e1sime v \u017eltom FIDIC-u. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee nemus\u00edme \u00eds\u0165 do novej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee na projektov\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu, preto\u017ee t\u00fa si vypracuje samotn\u00fd zhotovite\u013e. Okrem \u010dasu by sme takto mali u\u0161etri\u0165 aj finan\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady,\u201c poznamenal gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e NDS.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">S\u00fa\u0165a\u017e by\u00a0sme chceli\u00a0uzavrie\u0165 v roku 2017, v roku 2018 by sa mohlo za\u010da\u0165 stava\u0165 a pri predpokladanej dobe v\u00fdstavby troch rokov by juhov\u00fdchodn\u00fd obchvat Ko\u0161\u00edc mohol by\u0165 dokon\u010den\u00fd v roku 2021. Obidva \u00faseky bud\u00fa financovan\u00e9 z eurofondov a \u0161t\u00e1tneho rozpo\u010dtu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">R\u00f3bert Auxt e\u0161te v prvej polovici j\u00fana vydal pr\u00edkaz na obnovenie v\u00fdkupu pozemkov pod \u00fasekom Ko\u0161ice, \u0160aca \u2013 Ko\u0161ick\u00e9 Ol\u0161any. V\u00fdkup zastavilo b\u00fdval\u00e9 vedenie NDS, vyk\u00fapi\u0165 zost\u00e1va asi 12 percent pozemkov.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Vybudovan\u00edm r\u00fdchlostnej cesty R2 v danom \u00faseku d\u00f4jde k prepojeniu s \u00fasekom r\u00fdchlostnej cesty R4 v \u00faseku Ko\u0161ice \u2013 Milhos\u0165 a dia\u013enicou D1 Budim\u00edr \u2013 Bidovce. Takto sa zabezpe\u010d\u00ed ucelen\u00fd cestn\u00fd \u0165ah z hranice SR\/MR. \u201eVe\u013ek\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom danej stavby je priame napojenie spolo\u010dnosti USS Ko\u0161ice na dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00fd komunika\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m Slovenskej republiky,\u201c upozornil gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e NDS.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">Podchod VSS<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pokia\u013e ide o zlep\u0161enie dopravnej situ\u00e1cie v Ko\u0161iciach, NDS po dohode s mestom zrekon\u0161truuje podchod VSS. V podchode sa vymen\u00ed pre\u010derp\u00e1vacia stanica, zhotov\u00ed sa nov\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia, vymen\u00ed sa obklad, osvetlenie podchodu a schodov, rekon\u0161trukciu podst\u00fapi aj prestre\u0161enie vstupn\u00fdch schodov do podchodu. N\u00e1klady na rekon\u0161trukciu by nemali presiahnu\u0165 300 tis\u00edc eur. Stavebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na rekon\u0161trukcii predpoklad\u00e1 NDS na tri mesiace, v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti vyber\u00e1me zhotovite\u013ea diela.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">Most VSS<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 by sa mala zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 aj na Moste VSS. NDS si dala vypracova\u0165 projektov\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu aktualiz\u00e1cie dopravn\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed a dopravn\u00fdch zna\u010den\u00ed, po vyhotoven\u00ed tejto dokument\u00e1cie v spolupr\u00e1ci s Policajn\u00fdm zborom SR a mestom sa pravdepodobne zmen\u00ed dopravn\u00e9 zna\u010denie a na moste pribudn\u00fa tlmi\u010de n\u00e1razov, ktor\u00e9 by mali zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1sledky neh\u00f4d. Cie\u013eom je zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a plynulos\u0165 prem\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a
