R\u00e1m a karos\u00e9ria s\u00fa zhotoven\u00e9 z r\u00f4znych zliatin hlin\u00edka, veko bato\u017einov\u00e9ho priestoru z ocele a predn\u00e1 kapota z hor\u010d\u00edka. Optimaliz\u00e1cii hmotnosti napom\u00e1ha mno\u017estvo prvkov z kvalitn\u00fdch uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken. Vysok\u00e1 pevnos\u0165 v ohybe a torzn\u00e1 tuhos\u0165 celej kon\u0161trukcie umo\u017e\u0148uje prenos extr\u00e9mnych pozd\u013a\u017enych a prie\u010dnych s\u00edl z pohonu na podvozok. Zmen\u0161uje sa tak ne\u017eelan\u00e1 elasticita, vozidlo reaguje presne a priamo. Pre t\u00fato inteligentn\u00fa kombin\u00e1ciu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov bol model AMG GT R teraz vyznamenan\u00fd ocenen\u00edm za inov\u00e1ciu na EXPERIENCE COMPOSITES 2016, novom odbornom ve\u013etrhu pre kompozitn\u00e9 vl\u00e1knov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, od\u013eah\u010den\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie a uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna.<\/p>\n<h4>AMG GT R zameran\u00e9 na v\u00fdkon<\/h4>\n<p>Tobias Moers, predseda vedenia spolo\u010dnosti Mercedes-AMG GmbH, sa te\u0161\u00ed z uznania: \u201eCelkov\u00fa kompoz\u00edciu nov\u00e9ho modelu AMG GT R sme d\u00f4sledne zamerali na v\u00fdkon s vyu\u017eit\u00edm na\u0161ich kompetenci\u00ed v oblasti kompozitn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov. V\u010faka hmotnostne optimalizovan\u00e9mu r\u00e1mu Spaceframe sa vodi\u010d stret\u00e1va s maxim\u00e1lne dynamick\u00fdm a presn\u00fdm \u0161portov\u00fdm vozidlom.\u201c K zn\u00ed\u017eeniu hmotnosti prispelo mno\u017estvo opatren\u00ed v r\u00e1mci strat\u00e9gie AMG Lightweight Performance. Pri dosahovan\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch cie\u013eov obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pom\u00e1ha vyu\u017eitie \u013eahk\u00e9ho a s\u00fa\u010dasne ve\u013emi pevn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu z motoristick\u00e9ho \u0161portu \u2013 uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken. Uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa napr\u00edklad ako materi\u00e1l predn\u00fdch blatn\u00edkov, strechy a r\u00fary k\u013abov\u00e9ho hriade\u013ea (\u201eTorque Tube\u201c) na dosiahnutie maxim\u00e1lnej pevnosti v ohybe a torznej tuhosti spojenia medzi motorom a prevodovkou. Mno\u017estvo technologick\u00fdch inov\u00e1ci\u00ed v novom modeli AMG GT R dokazuje, ako \u00fazko spolupracuj\u00fa kon\u0161trukt\u00e9ri pretek\u00e1rskych a cestn\u00fdch vozidiel, odborn\u00edci na vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 kompozity v\u00fdskumu Daimler a v\u00fdvoja v AMG.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Na dosiahnutie najvy\u0161\u0161ej torznej tuhosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S hmotnos\u0165ou len 13,9 kilogramov je kardan (Torque Tube) z uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien pribli\u017ene o 40 percent \u013eah\u0161ia ako u\u017e hmotnostne optimalizovan\u00fd kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fd diel z hlin\u00edka v modeli AMG GT. Navy\u0161e nov\u00fd kardanov\u00fd kr\u00ed\u017e z uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken nahr\u00e1dza tri in\u00e9 kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 diely GT z hlin\u00edka. Kr\u00ed\u017e je namontovan\u00fd pod v\u00fdfukovou s\u00fastavou a kardanom Torque Tube. Odborn\u00edci AMG dok\u00e1zali touto novou kon\u0161trukciou od\u013eah\u010den\u00e9ho kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9ho prvku nielen zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 hmotnos\u0165, ale aj v\u00fdrazne zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 torzn\u00fa tuhos\u0165 o 7,5 percenta. Okrem toho vystu\u017euj\u00fa predn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 vozidla dve diagon\u00e1lne v\u00fdstuhy v priestore motora. Tie\u017e s\u00fa zhotoven\u00e9 z uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken a usporia pribli\u017ene 50 percent hmotnosti oproti oce\u013eov\u00fdm kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm dielom.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deformovate\u013en\u00fd kompozitn\u00fd materi\u00e1l podporuje n\u00e1razov\u00fa kinematiku<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Odborn\u00edci AMG na od\u013eah\u010den\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie pokra\u010dovali vo vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed inteligentn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov aj pri takzvan\u00fdch z\u00e1chytn\u00fdch vzper\u00e1ch kolesa, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa zhotoven\u00e9 z kompozitn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. V pr\u00edpade nehody prived\u00fa tieto kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 diely predn\u00e9 koles\u00e1 v dr\u00e1he stanovenej n\u00e1razovej kinematiky k pozd\u013a\u017enym nosn\u00edkom, aby ich tam zablokovali.
