Tri n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz z rokov 1996, 2003 a 2016 jazdili v auguste 2016 na n\u00e1ro\u010dnej a uzn\u00e1vanej testovacej trati \u0161pecializovan\u00e9ho magaz\u00ednu \u201eLastauto Omnibus\u201c.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Mercedes-Benz a Daimler vypracovali kvalitn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj. Cie\u013eom bola aj spotreba<\/h3>\n<p>To, \u010do vyvinula automobilka Mercedes-Benz s ve\u013ekou finan\u010dnou a technickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165ou za dlh\u00e9 obdobie, sa na cest\u00e1ch vysoko osved\u010dilo. Takto sa za posledn\u00fdch dvadsa\u0165 rokov na intern\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch jazd\u00e1ch spolo\u010dnosti Daimler, napr\u00edklad na dia\u013ekovej trati Stuttgart \u2013 Hamburg \u2013 Stuttgart, ustavi\u010dne darilo dosahova\u0165 nov\u00e9 \u00faspory paliva. To teraz dok\u00e1zala aj nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 jazda pod doh\u013eadom organiz\u00e1cie DEKRA a magaz\u00ednu Lastauto Omnibus. V\u00fdsledkom je certifikovan\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby paliva pre najnov\u0161iu gener\u00e1ciu dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho n\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho vozidla Actros zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz o 22 percent v porovnan\u00ed so z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm vozidlom z roku 1996, modelom kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9ho radu SK zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz a posledn\u00fdm z\u00e1stupcom pred \u00e9rou Actrosa.<\/p>\n<p>Model 1844 bol certifikovan\u00fd pod\u013ea \u0161tandardu Euro II platn\u00e9ho v roku 1996, tak\u017ee smel emitova\u0165 sedem gramov NOx na jednu kilowatthodinu (kWh) a v pr\u00edpade pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc nesmel prekro\u010di\u0165 hrani\u010dn\u00fa hodnotu 0,15 g\/kWh. Po\u010det a ve\u013ekos\u0165 \u010dast\u00edc sadz\u00ed a ostatn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc neboli stanoven\u00e9. Druh\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 vozidlo, Actros 1846 (rok v\u00fdroby 2003), bolo certifikovan\u00e9 pod\u013ea stup\u0148a \u010distoty spal\u00edn Euro III s po\u010dtom p\u00e4\u0165 gramov NOx na ka\u017ed\u00fa kilowatthodinu (kWh) a 0,10 g\/kWh hmotnosti \u010dast\u00edc. Tret\u00edm sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdm vozidlom bol Actros 1845 zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz najnov\u0161ej gener\u00e1cie, sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00faci Euro VI. Pre porovnanie: aktu\u00e1lny Actros Euro VI prekon\u00e1va star\u00e9 limity Euro II o 94,3 percent (NOx, hrani\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota dnes 0,4 g\/kWh) pr\u00edpadne o 96 percent (0,01 g\/kWh) v hmotnosti \u010dast\u00edc za s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch v\u00fdrazne spr\u00edsnen\u00fdch podmienok merania.<\/p>\n<p>Z tohto zn\u00ed\u017eenia spotreby od roku 1996 a\u017e dodnes vypl\u00fdva \u00faspora viac ako 50 mili\u00f3nov ton CO2 v\u010faka n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm vozidl\u00e1m zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz v Eur\u00f3pe. Z\u00e1kladom v\u00fdpo\u010dtu s\u00fa nasleduj\u00face parametre: odbyt pribli\u017ene jedn\u00e9ho mili\u00f3na n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidiel Mercedes-Benz v segmente dia\u013ekovej dopravy v Eur\u00f3pe od roku 1996 dodnes a konzervat\u00edvne odhadnut\u00fd jazdn\u00fd v\u00fdkon 75 000 km na jedno vozidlo a jeden rok pri dobe pou\u017e\u00edvania osem rokov. Spotreba paliva na 100 km pre roky 1996, 2003 a 2016, aktu\u00e1lne nameran\u00e1 po\u010das sk\u00fa\u0161obnej jazdy certifikovanej organiz\u00e1ciou DEKRA, je pritom line\u00e1rne premietnut\u00e1 na \u010fal\u0161ie roky.<\/p>\n<h3>Preuk\u00e1zate\u013en\u00fd rozdiel<\/h3>\n<p>V kontexte drasticky zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t emisi\u00ed v kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ch \u201etradi\u010dn\u00fdch\u201c \u0161kodliv\u00edn skuto\u010dn\u00e1 spotreba na trati v sk\u00fa\u0161obnej prev\u00e1dzke po 1 536 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch kilometroch s ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dnou topografiou a sk\u00fa\u0161obnou hmotnos\u0165ou 40 ton dosiahla nasleduj\u00face v\u00fdsledky: zatia\u013e \u010do 20 rokov star\u00fd SK typu 1844 zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz zvl\u00e1dol jazdu na \u00farovni 40,8 l na 100 km, Actros 1846 Euro III spotreboval 37,4 l na 100 km a aktu\u00e1lny Actros 1845 Mercedes-Benz Euro VI iba 31,9 l\/100 km \u2013 pri identickom jazdnom v\u00fdkone.<\/p>\n<p>To, \u017ee v pr\u00edpade porovn\u00e1vacej jazdy ako t\u00e1to v\u0161etko prebieha pod\u013ea pr\u00edsnych pravidiel, je v \u0161pecializovanom magaz\u00edne Lastauto Omnibus zn\u00e1me u\u017e desa\u0165ro\u010dia. Na tomto porovnan\u00ed troch gener\u00e1ci\u00ed sa podie\u013eala aj Dekra ako nez\u00e1visl\u00fd sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd org\u00e1n. T\u00e1to kontrola sk\u00fa\u0161ky bola d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 aj preto, lebo pozit\u00edvny v\u00fdvoj spotreby \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00fdch vozidiel sa na politickej \u00farovni ustavi\u010dne overuje.<\/p>\n<h4>Rovnak\u00e9 podmienky<\/h4>\n<p>Sk\u00fa\u0161ka bola navrhnut\u00e1 pod\u013ea z\u00e1sad, ktor\u00e9 ved\u00faci sk\u00fa\u0161ok magaz\u00ednu LaO Frank Zeitzen sformuloval pre v\u0161etky merania spotreby a jazdn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu na cest\u00e1ch. K tomu patria technicky \u010do najviac identicky pripraven\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 rovnako ako za volantom osved\u010den\u00ed novin\u00e1ri sk\u00fa\u0161aj\u00faci n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1. Sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00ed jazdci sa po ka\u017edom sk\u00fa\u0161obnom kole za volantom vozidiel striedali, n\u00e1vesy sa navz\u00e1jom menili ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom bolo zabezpe\u010den\u00e9, \u017ee \u0165a\u017en\u00e9 jednotky boli na ka\u017edom \u0165a\u017enom vozidle pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 rovnako \u010dasto. To vylu\u010duje napr\u00edklad rozdiely v prekon\u00e1van\u00ed nerovnost\u00ed. \u010co sa t\u00fdka vyza\u0165a\u017eenia a druhov a rozmerov kolies, s\u00fa pr\u00edvesy identick\u00e9. Pre porovnanie troch gener\u00e1ci\u00ed boli tri skri\u0148ov\u00e9 n\u00e1vesy vy\u0165a\u017een\u00e9 nalo\u017een\u00e9 na identick\u00fdch 32 ton a vybaven\u00e9 rovnak\u00fdmi druhmi a rozmermi kolies. Aby sa zdokumentoval aj pokrok v prekon\u00e1van\u00ed nerovnost\u00ed na ceste, z\u00e1kladn\u00fd \u0165aha\u010d Mercedes-Benz SK 1844 z roku 1996 jazdil na pneumatik\u00e1ch Michelin XZA\/XDA s rozmermi 295\/80-22.5, ktor\u00e9 boli v tej dobe roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9. Druh\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 vozidlo, Actros 1846 (rok v\u00fdroby 2003) jazdilo na pneumatik\u00e1ch Michelin rodiny Multiway s e\u0161te aj dnes zvy\u010dajn\u00fdmi rozmermi 315\/70-22.5. Najaktu\u00e1lnej\u0161iemu sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9mu vozidlu Actros 1845 Euro VI boli natiahnut\u00e9 \u00faplne nov\u00e9 pneumatiky Michelin tie\u017e s rozmermi 315\/70-22.5.<\/p>\n<p>Oh\u013eadom jazdn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch vozidiel sa nov\u00fd Actros Euro VI musel vysporiada\u0165 s drobnou nev\u00fdhodou. S po\u010dtom 8 000 km na tachometri nebol e\u0161te celkom zabehnut\u00fd. V\u010faka minimalizovan\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m odporu agreg\u00e1tov mo\u017eno najlep\u0161ie hodnoty spotreby o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 po najazden\u00ed pribli\u017ene 50 000 km. Dodr\u017eiavanie jazdnej r\u00fdchlosti na oboch star\u0161\u00edch vozidl\u00e1ch zabezpe\u010doval klasick\u00fd tempomat. V najnov\u0161om Actrose mohlo tieto \u00falohy prevzia\u0165 predv\u00eddav\u00e9 riadenie prevodovky Predictive Powertrain Control (PPC).<\/p>\n<p>Vozidl\u00e1 na sk\u00fa\u0161obnej trati magaz\u00ednu Lastauto Omnibus vo Falcku absolvovali celkovo \u0161es\u0165 merac\u00edch k\u00f4l, ka\u017ed\u00e9 v d\u013a\u017eke 256 km.
