V\u00a0be\u017en\u00fdch automobiloch sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa such\u00e9 lamelov\u00e9 spojky s\u00a0jednou, dvomi, a\u017e tromi lamelami, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa v\u010faka vinut\u00fdm pru\u017ein\u00e1m rozpojenie medzi dvoma hriade\u013emi a\u00a0t\u00fdm preru\u0161enie prenosu kr\u00fatiaceho momentu (od motora na prevodovku). Spojku vo ve\u013ekej miere po\u0161kodzuje \u00a0to, ke\u010f mus\u00ed pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed kr\u00fatiaci moment, na ak\u00fd je dimenzovan\u00e1. To je napr. v\u00a0pr\u00edpade, ke\u010f sa plne nalo\u017een\u00e9 auto rozbieha do kopca. Vtedy vznik\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 trenie medzi zotrva\u010dn\u00edkom a\u00a0trecou lamelou, \u010do sp\u00f4sobuje nadmern\u00e9 opotrebenie lamely a\u00a0prehrievanie celej spojky. Druh\u00fdm pr\u00edpadom je, ke\u010f sa na aute robia \u00fapravy na motore s\u00a0cie\u013eom zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 jeho v\u00fdkon. Taktie\u017e predstavila vysokov\u00fdkonn\u00fa 3-lamelov\u00fa spojku vhodn\u00fa na upraven\u00e9 tuningov\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 a\u00a0zlo\u017eit\u00fd zotrva\u010dn\u00edk pre off-road Jeep s\u00a03,8-litrov\u00fdm motorom.<\/p>\n<p>Spojka navrhnut\u00e1 pre 1000-ko\u0148ov\u00fd Viper m\u00e1 zdvojen\u00e9 trecie lamely so zapuzdren\u00fdmi pru\u017einami pre lep\u0161ie torzn\u00e9 tlmenie. Mosadzn\u00e9 kol\u00edky na pl\u00e1vaj\u00facom kot\u00fa\u010di eliminuj\u00fa klepotav\u00fd zvuk od spojky a\u00a0t\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee prenies\u0165 takmer 1800 Nm kr\u00fatiaceho momentu.<\/p>\n<p>Pre vyzn\u00e1va\u010dov autokrosu Centerforce pripravil trojit\u00fa lamelov\u00fa spojku.\u00a0 \u201cTieto trojplat\u0148ov\u00e9 kot\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 spojky s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 aj pre pretek\u00e1rov, aj pre autokrosov\u00fdch jazdcov, pritom s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 aj na be\u017en\u00e9 jazdenie po ulici.\u201d Hovor\u00ed marketingov\u00fd v\u00fdskumn\u00edk Centerforce Will Baty. \u00a0Pru\u017einov\u00e1 spojka zah\u0155\u0148a v\u00a0sebe zapuzdren\u00e9 pru\u017einy, aby dr\u017eali na svojom mieste v\u00a0bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Na nu sa z oboch str\u00e1n pripoja dve lamely a spolo\u010dne pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa kr\u00fatiac moment na kot\u00fa\u010de, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 so zotrva\u010dn\u00edkom.<\/p>\n<p>Obidva kot\u00fa\u010de s\u00fa v spojke spojen\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161ie vyobrazenou lamelou. Spolo\u010dne tak tieto tri lamely pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa kr\u00fatiaci pohyb od motora, pri tom je ale\u00a0iba stredov\u00e1 lamela spojen\u00e1 priamo s motorom. Medzi tieto lamely sa ulo\u017eia kot\u00fa\u010de ktor\u00e9 su spojen\u00e9 (tvarovo) so zotrva\u010dn\u00edkom.<br \/>\nV\u00a0pr\u00edpade \u017ee m\u00e1me spojkov\u00fd ped\u00e1l zatla\u010den\u00fd,\u00a0tri (navz\u00e1jom prepojen\u00e9) lamely nestl\u00e1\u010daj\u00fa kot\u00fa\u010de\u00a0medzi sebou a teda nedok\u00e1\u017eu pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 kr\u00fatiaci moment\u00a0na zotrva\u010dn\u00edk. To\u010dia sa iba uvolnen\u00e9\u00a0lamely s\u00a0pru\u017einami.
