Jazdci maj\u00fa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9\u00a0vyp\u00edna\u010de a prep\u00edna\u010de od roku 2014 \u010do najbli\u017e\u0161ie volantu, aby sa nemuseli pozera\u0165 a na\u0165ahova\u0165 sa za \u010faleko umiestnen\u00fdmi gomb\u00edkmi. Napr\u00edklad sa zmenili aj ovl\u00e1da\u010de rovnov\u00e1hy: na v\u00fdber je z dvoch tla\u010didiel a to kontrola trakcie a brzdn\u00e1 sila. Po aktivovan\u00ed jedn\u00e9ho z t\u00fdchto tla\u010didiel mo\u017eno ich silu regulova\u0165 pomocou jedn\u00e9ho oto\u010dn\u00e9ho potenciometra (kolieska).<br \/>\nPre\u010do treba meni\u0165 silu brzdenia a kontrolu trakcie po\u010das pretekania? Boli predp\u00edsan\u00e9 zmeny rozmerov kokpitu a tie\u017e aj poz\u00edcia sedenia pretek\u00e1ra. Doteraz jazdec viac le\u017eal pri \u0161of\u00e9rov\u00e1n\u00ed R18 e-tron quattro. Po novom m\u00e1 u\u017e viacej sedav\u00fa (&#8220;pravouhl\u00fa&#8221;) poz\u00edciu.
