Tak pozorne \u010d\u00edtajte.<!--more--><span id=\"more-9815\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Op\u00e4\u0165 sa za\u010d\u00edna od po\u017eiadaviek<\/h3>\n<p>Tak ako aj<a href=\"http:\/\/mixmotor.eu\/9815\/technologicke-centrum-johnson-controls-trencin-autosedacky\"> pre autoseda\u010dky<\/a>, tak aj pre pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9 dosky plat\u00ed, \u017ee automobilka sa v tomto pr\u00edpade men\u00ed na z\u00e1kazn\u00edka firmy Johnson Controls (\u010falej JC). Na za\u010diatku procesu si tento z\u00e1kazn\u00edk zad\u00e1 jednotliv\u00fdm dod\u00e1vate\u013eom ich prv\u00fa predstavu\/z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky. Ak JC dok\u00e1\u017ee v\u0161etky po\u017eiadavky splni\u0165 a vyhovie z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi aj po ekonomickej str\u00e1nke, tak JC sa st\u00e1va zodpovedn\u00fdm za v\u00fdvoj pr\u00edstrojovej dosky.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wzQ3SnwFWas\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Na \u010do treba dba\u0165<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9 dosky sa rie\u0161ia v troch konceptoch, ktor\u00e9 prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa cez bud\u00edky\/kontrolky pred vodi\u010dom, cez stredov\u00fa z\u00f3nu (pribli\u017ene stred autor\u00e1dia) a cez z\u00f3nu airbagu spolujazdca. Po ods\u00fahlasen\u00ed t\u00fdchto n\u00e1vrhov zo strany automobilky sa prech\u00e1dza na u\u017e konkr\u00e9tne kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 rie\u0161enia. Samotn\u00e9 kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 rie\u0161enia tvoria ak\u00fasi pridan\u00fa hodnotu, to know-how firmy Johnson Controls. Musia by\u0165 predp\u00edsan\u00e9 spoje jednotliv\u00fdch dielcov, \u010falej je nutn\u00e9 zadefinova\u0165 typ spojov (\u010di sa bud\u00fa plastov\u00e9 \u010dasti zv\u00e1ra\u0165 infrared, alebo ultrazvukovo, alebo \u010di sa bud\u00fa sp\u00e1ja\u0165 pomocou tzv. klipov). D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm aspektom je bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a integr\u00e1cia bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch prvkov, ako s\u00fa airbagy a deforma\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00f3ny (nikto nechce predsa, aby fungoval iba airbag a pri tom si zranil kolen\u00e1 pri n\u00e1raze o dosku, alebo naopak).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Vedeli ste, \u017ee: Funkcia airbagu, teda jeho naf\u00faknutie mus\u00ed by\u0165 zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 aj pri extr\u00e9mnych teplot\u00e1ch, ako -30\u00b0C a +80\u00b0C, \u010do m\u00e1 simulova\u0165 skrehnut\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 diely po\u010das zimy a flexibiln\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 diely po\u010das leta. Airbag je umiestnen\u00fd v schr\u00e1nke, ktorej horn\u00fd vidite\u013en\u00fd kryt je v skuto\u010dnosti z vn\u00fatornej strany preslaben\u00fd, aby airbag dok\u00e1zal bez v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho odporu nar\u00e1s\u0165 do svojich rozmerov v kr\u00e1tkom \u010dasovom intervale. Airbag nem\u00f4\u017ee pri svojom v\u00fdbuchu strh\u00e1va\u0165 r\u00f4zne \u010fal\u0161ie \u010dasti dosky a vymr\u0161ti\u0165 ich vo\u010di pasa\u017eierom.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>V\u0161etky bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy sa zatia\u013e vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa v Nemecku v pobo\u010dke JC a prvotn\u00e9 testy prebiehaj\u00fa virtu\u00e1lne a dok\u00e1\u017eu u\u0161etri\u0165 mnoho \u010dasu, materi\u00e1lov a energii.<\/p>\n<h3>Dizajn<\/h3>\n<p>Ten je definovan\u00fd automobilkou, no v pr\u00edpade bezpe\u010dnosti je z\u00e1ujem na oboch stran\u00e1ch zabezpe\u010di\u0165 \u010do najlep\u0161ie v\u00fdsledky aj na \u00fakor tvarov. Pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9 dosky plynule nadv\u00e4zuj\u00fa (\u010do si u\u017e mnoh\u00ed zaiste v\u0161imli) na dverov\u00e9 panely. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobok m\u00e1 ale svoje tolerancie (medzery napr\u00edklad medzi dverami a pr\u00edstrojovou doskou) a treba ich v\u017edy konzultova\u0165 so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom.<\/p>\n<h3>Referencie<\/h3>\n<p>Johnson Controls ako tak\u00fd m\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estvo referencii, no my ostaneme na Slovensku v Tren\u010d\u00edne, preto\u017ee aj toto v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum m\u00e1 na konte skvel\u00e9 k\u00fasky.
