Rozhoduj\u00facim sp\u00f4sobom sa tu prejavuje nov\u00e9 nastavenie tlmi\u010dov prevzat\u00e9 z pretek\u00e1rskeho \u0161portu. Jedna teleskopick\u00e1 vzpera pracuje tradi\u010dne s ur\u010den\u00fdmi charakteristikami pru\u017eenia. Druh\u00e1 teleskopick\u00e1 vzpera disponuje elektronicky regulovan\u00fdm nastavovan\u00edm tlmi\u010dov, ktor\u00e9 t\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom reguluj\u00fa reakciu tlmenia v z\u00e1vislosti od pr\u00edslu\u0161nej jazdnej situ\u00e1cie. V\u00fdsledkom tohto nastavenia je v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozp\u00e4tie medzi nastaven\u00edm SPORT a COMFORT, ktor\u00e9 si vodi\u010d m\u00f4\u017ee vybra\u0165 pomocou tla\u010didla na stredovej konzole. \u010casy preradenia medzi oboma re\u017eimami dosahuj\u00fa rekordn\u00fdch 15 milisek\u00fand. Pri dynamickej jazde v z\u00e1krut\u00e1ch je \u0161portov\u00e9 nastavenie cenn\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom, preto\u017ee v\u00fdrazne tuh\u0161ie pripojenie podvozka umo\u017e\u0148uje vy\u0161\u0161iu r\u00fdchlos\u0165 pri prejazde z\u00e1krutou. Ak si chce vodi\u010d vychutna\u0165 pohodln\u00fa jazdu, vyberie si nastavenie COMFORT, ktor\u00e9 stlm\u00ed v\u0161etky nerovnosti na ceste. V be\u017enom pr\u00edpade zabra\u0148uj\u00fa be\u017en\u00e9 kombin\u00e1cie diskov a pneumat\u00edk zn\u00ed\u017eenie tlaku vzduchu na podporu trakcie pri prejazdoch napr\u00edklad pieskom na 0,5 barov. V tomto pr\u00edpade je najni\u017e\u0161ia hranica 1,0 bar, preto\u017ee pod t\u00fdmto tlakom by sa mohli pneumatiky pri riadiacich man\u00e9vroch odde\u013eova\u0165 alebo vnikaj\u00faci piesok by naru\u0161il tesniacu plochu medzi pneumatikou a diskom, \u010do by sp\u00f4sobilo \u00fanavov\u00fd defekt pneumatiky. Nie v\u0161ak pri modeli G 500 4&#215;4\u00b2. Tu sa toti\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa \u0161peci\u00e1lne dvojdielne 18-palcov\u00e9 disky so syst\u00e9mom beadlock. Pri tomto druhu kon\u0161trukcie sa pneumatika pri mont\u00e1\u017ei privrie medzi oboma polovicami disku a vn\u00fatorn\u00fdm kruhom beadlock tak pevne, \u017ee ani pri \u00faplnej strate vzduchu nesk\u013azne z disku a br\u00e1ni vniknutiu piesku. Ak by napriek predv\u00eddav\u00e9mu sp\u00f4sobu jazdy a v\u00fdbornej svetlej v\u00fd\u0161ke predsa len do\u0161lo k tvrd\u00e9mu kontaktu podvozka so zemou, nie je to \u017eiaden probl\u00e9m.
