Ka\u017ed\u00fd svetlomet obsahuje tri sveteln\u00e9 zdroje LED nov\u00e9ho druhu, z ktor\u00fdch ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 1 024 individu\u00e1lne ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdch bodov. Takto mo\u017eno svetlo zo svetlometov presne prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 aktu\u00e1lnej dopravnej situ\u00e1cii, aby boli v\u017edy zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 optim\u00e1lne sveteln\u00e9 podmienky bez oslnenia ostatn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky. Svetlo mo\u017eno prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu myslite\u013en\u00e9mu priebehu z\u00e1kruty, tak\u017ee \u017eiadna okrajov\u00e1 z\u00f3na neostane v tme. Pomocou sn\u00edma\u010dov vo vozidle mo\u017eno analyzova\u0165 okolie s cie\u013eom dostato\u010dne osvetli\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky. Vodi\u010d si ich tak dok\u00e1\u017ee lep\u0161ie v\u0161imn\u00fa\u0165. S\u00fa\u010dasne v\u0161ak mo\u017eno vynecha\u0165 \u010dasti sveteln\u00e9ho l\u00fa\u010da smeruj\u00face na hlavy protiid\u00facich \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky, aby sa spo\u013eahlivo zabr\u00e1nilo ich oslneniu. Tak\u00e9to variabiln\u00e9 dia\u013ekov\u00e9 svetlo by na cest\u00e1ch ni\u017e\u0161ej triedy u\u017e v\u00f4bec nebolo potrebn\u00e9 tlmi\u0165.<\/p>\n<h3>Osram a \u010fal\u0161\u00ed partneri vyvinuli LED do modern\u00e9ho auta<\/h3>\n<p>Projekt, ktor\u00fd z\u00edskal podporu Spolkov\u00e9ho ministerstva pre vzdel\u00e1vanie a v\u00fdskum (BMBF), teraz demon\u0161tr\u00e1tori svetlometu po v\u00fdrobe a sk\u00fa\u0161ke po tri a pol roku \u00faspe\u0161ne ukon\u010dili. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Osram Opto Semiconductors s partnermi Infineon a Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Mikrointegration (IZM) vyvinula nov\u00fd \u010dip LED s 1 024 individu\u00e1lne ovl\u00e1date\u013en\u00fdmi sveteln\u00fdmi bodmi. Doteraz boli v pr\u00edpade adapt\u00edvnych svetlometov viacer\u00e9 komponenty LED ukladan\u00e9 ved\u013ea seba a nad sebou. Na zvl\u00e1dnutie zap\u00ednania a vyp\u00ednania sveteln\u00fdch segmentov boli potrebn\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie elektronick\u00e9 komponenty. Vzh\u013eadom na obmedzen\u00fd priestor v svetlomete bol po\u010det segmentov obmedzen\u00fd. V novom rie\u0161en\u00ed je elektronick\u00e9 ovl\u00e1danie jednotliv\u00fdch LED integrovan\u00e9 do \u010dipu. Pre nov\u00e9 inteligentn\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9 svetlo vyvinula div\u00edzia Osram Specialty Lighting v druhom kroku modul LED usporiadan\u00fd okolo \u010dipu LED s vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm, ktor\u00fd svoj\u00edm elektrick\u00fdm a termick\u00fdm rozhran\u00edm umo\u017e\u0148uje priame napojenie na palubn\u00fa elektroniku.<\/p>\n<h4>H\u013eadanie bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho rie\u0161enia<\/h4>\n<p>Pri pou\u017eit\u00ed inteligentn\u00e9ho svetlometu s vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm, realizovate\u013enos\u0165 ktor\u00e9ho bola v projekte teraz \u00faspe\u0161ne predveden\u00e1, s\u00fa ustavi\u010dne analyzovan\u00e9 dopravn\u00e9 a poveternostn\u00e9 podmienky: ak\u00fd je priebeh cesty, ak\u00e1 vysok\u00e1 je r\u00fdchlos\u0165, ide niekto v protismere a ak\u00e1 je vzdialenos\u0165 od ostatn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky? Syst\u00e9m variabiln\u00e9ho a adapt\u00edvneho rozde\u013eovania svetla na z\u00e1klade toho zabezpe\u010d\u00ed v ka\u017edej situ\u00e1cii osvetlenie na mieru. Pri vy\u0161\u0161ej r\u00fdchlosti sa napr\u00edklad automaticky zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed aj dosah sveteln\u00e9ho ku\u017ee\u013ea. V mestskej doprave zasa \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed rozptyl svetla zvy\u0161uje bezpe\u010dnos\u0165, preto\u017ee okrem cesty lep\u0161ie vysvieti aj chodn\u00edk a okrajov\u00e9 z\u00f3ny. Tieto funkcie s\u00fa realizovan\u00e9 \u010disto elektronicky bez mechanick\u00fdch servomotorov. V pr\u00edpade neosl\u0148uj\u00faceho dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho svetla m\u00e1 vodi\u010d v noci v\u017edy ten najlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd v\u00fdh\u013ead \u2013 bez obmedzovania ostatn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky. V\u010faka nemu mo\u017eno individu\u00e1lne ovl\u00e1da\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd z 1 024 sveteln\u00fdch bodov. V\u00fdrobcovi polovodi\u010dov sa podarilo navrhn\u00fa\u0165 ich tak, \u017ee sa v LED \u010dipe priamo kontaktuj\u00fa s po\u013eom sveteln\u00fdch bodov usporiadan\u00fdm nad nimi. Technickou v\u00fdzvou bolo zos\u00faladenie \u0161peci\u00e1lnych po\u017eiadaviek s v\u00fdrobn\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami budi\u010dov LED. Inteligentn\u00fdm obvodom budi\u010dov a \u0161irok\u00fdm aplika\u010dn\u00fdm know-how pre automobilov\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie podporuje Infineon trend prechodu na vysokoinovat\u00edvne, adapt\u00edvne syst\u00e9my predn\u00fdch svetiel.<\/p>\n<h4>Vedomosti HELLA KGaA Hueck &amp; Co<\/h4>\n<p>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 HELLA KGaA Hueck &amp; Co \u0161pecifikovala hlavn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na zdroj svetla, vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fac pritom z funk\u010dn\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek spolo\u010dnosti Daimler. \u0160pecialista na svetlo a elektroniku vyvinul cel\u00fd optick\u00fd syst\u00e9m sveteln\u00fdch modulov, ako aj koncepciu odv\u00e1dzania ich tepla a vyrobil prototypy svetlometov. Tie maj\u00fa ve\u013emi vysok\u00fa syst\u00e9mov\u00fa efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 a vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa vyslovene homog\u00e9nny sveteln\u00fd obraz pri s\u00fa\u010dasne dobrej kvalite obrazu jednotliv\u00fdch sveteln\u00fdch bodov. Jednotliv\u00e9 sveteln\u00e9 obrazy tak mo\u017eno vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 \u010disto elektronicky, a teda bez mechanick\u00fdch ak\u010dn\u00fdch prvkov. To je krok smerom k digitaliz\u00e1cii v oblasti svetla. Svoj\u00edm v\u00fdvojom potvrdzuje Hella vlastn\u00e9 amb\u00edcie vyv\u00edja\u0165 inovat\u00edvne sveteln\u00e9 syst\u00e9my pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov spolu s nimi a nielen ich pripravi\u0165 v po\u017eadovanej presnosti a kvalite do s\u00e9riovej v\u00fdroby, ale technologicky myslie\u0165 v\u017edy o krok dopredu.<\/p>\n<h4>Daimler AG diktuje a sk\u00fa\u0161a<\/h4>\n<p>Zo strany Daimler AG boli vo v\u00fdskumnom projekte \u0161pecifikovan\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky a bud\u00face vlastnosti automobilov pre ucelen\u00fd syst\u00e9m svetlometu. Z toho vyplynuli komponenty a vlastnosti modulov pre ucelen\u00fd syst\u00e9m svetlometu, ktor\u00fd pri zoh\u013eadnen\u00ed bud\u00facich sn\u00edma\u010dov a automobilov\u00fdch architekt\u00far vypo\u010d\u00edta optim\u00e1lny rozptyl svetla a odo\u0161le ho do rastrov\u00fdch svetlometov. V s\u00favislosti s bud\u00facimi elektromobilmi bola ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 aj ot\u00e1zka energetickej \u00faspornosti novovyvinut\u00fdch sveteln\u00fdch di\u00f3d. Na overovacie sk\u00fa\u0161ky v re\u00e1lnej prem\u00e1vke bolo pou\u017eit\u00e9 vozidlo Daimler s inteligentn\u00fdmi svetlometmi s LED.<\/p>\n<p>V aktu\u00e1lnej Triede E zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz pracuj\u00fa svetlomety MULTIBEAM LED zna\u010dky Hella, ka\u017ed\u00fd s 84 individu\u00e1lne ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdmi vysokov\u00fdkonn\u00fdmi sveteln\u00fdmi di\u00f3dami Osram. Daimler poh\u00e1\u0148a v\u00fdvoj svetlometov s LED so st\u00e1le v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtom e\u0161te men\u0161\u00edch sveteln\u00fdch bodov a upev\u0148uje svoju poz\u00edciu priekopn\u00edka v sektore svetiel.<\/p>\n<h4>Fraunhofer-Institut sp\u00e1ja<\/h4>\n<p>Fraunhofer-Institut vniesol do projektu svoju kompetenciu v oblasti spojovacej techniky (prepojenie LED a integrovan\u00fdch obvodov) a materi\u00e1lov, ako aj v oblasti zis\u0165ovania a izolovania defektov. Ve\u013emi vysok\u00e9 rozl\u00ed\u0161enie sa podarilo dosiahnu\u0165 pomocou e\u0161te jemnej\u0161ej \u0161trukt\u00fary so \u0161peci\u00e1lnou, miniaturizovanou technikou pripojenia. Na Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Mikrointegration IZM v Berl\u00edne sa tak podarilo napoji\u0165 polia LED od spolo\u010dnosti Osram s 1 024 sveteln\u00fdmi bodmi na akt\u00edvny obvod budi\u010dov od Infineon, ktor\u00fd ka\u017ed\u00fd bod riadi individu\u00e1lne. Pri extr\u00e9mne dobrom odvode tepla boli \u010dipy navrhnut\u00e9 tak, \u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa vykompenzova\u0165 v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fd rozdiel nieko\u013ek\u00fdch mikrometrov. Pritom boli s\u00fabe\u017ene odsk\u00fa\u0161an\u00e9 dva technologick\u00e9 varianty: kontaktovanie termokompresiou s nanopor\u00e9znym zlatom a p\u00e1jkovanie pretaven\u00edm s vysokospo\u013eahlivou p\u00e1jkou zlato-c\u00edn. Preto\u017ee s rast\u00facou ve\u013ekos\u0165ou \u010dipu LED sa zvy\u0161uje riziko zlyhania alebo ni\u017e\u0161ej svietivosti jednotliv\u00fdch sveteln\u00fdch bodov v rastri. Na zvl\u00e1dnutie tejto problematiky vyvinul Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Angewandte Festk\u00f6rperphysik IAF vo Freiburgu nov\u00fa technol\u00f3giu na opravu defektov po\u010das prebiehaj\u00faceho v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu. Zaklad\u00e1 sa na mikroopracovan\u00ed ultrafialov\u00fdm laserom a umo\u017e\u0148uje opravu defektov v \u010dipoch LED po\u010das prebiehaj\u00faceho v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu. A takto to funguje: po identifik\u00e1cii defektu sa pomocou UV laseru \u0161etrne odstr\u00e1nia alebo elektricky odizoluj\u00fa jeho mikroskopick\u00e9 z\u00f3ny bez toho, aby pri tom laser sp\u00f4sobil nov\u00e9 defekty, takzvan\u00e9 \u201edr\u00e1hy zvodov\u00e9ho pr\u00fadu\u201c. Po \u00faprave sa opraven\u00e9 sveteln\u00e9 body op\u00e4\u0165 naplno roz\u017eiaria \u2013 \u201eluminiscen\u010dn\u00fd obraz\u201c je tak op\u00e4\u0165 homog\u00e9nny.<\/p>\n<h4>Na \u010do treba myslie\u0165<\/h4>\n<p>Hospod\u00e1rsky pr\u00ednos mikroopracovania laserom na Fraunhofer IAF spo\u010d\u00edva nielen v redukovan\u00ed defektov po\u010das v\u00fdroby, a teda vo vy\u0161\u0161ej v\u00fd\u0165a\u017enosti, \u010do znamen\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161ie v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady ve\u013ekoplo\u0161n\u00fdch \u010dipov LED: postup dok\u00e1\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 priemern\u00fa \u017eivotnos\u0165 sveteln\u00fdch di\u00f3d, \u010do predstavuje d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa konkuren\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdhodu a zvy\u0161uje spokojnos\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt \u03bcAFS, ktor\u00fd podporilo spolkov\u00e9 ministerstvo BMBF dot\u00e1ciou pod k\u00f3dom 13N12510, prebiehal od febru\u00e1ra 2013 do septembra 2016. Partneri projektu dosiahli cie\u013e v\u00fdskumu a vyvinuli inteligentn\u00e9 sveteln\u00e9 rie\u0161enie, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 technick\u00fdm z\u00e1kladom novej triedy energeticky \u00fasporn\u00fdch predn\u00fdch svetlometov LED s dopl\u0148uj\u00facimi funkciami na zv\u00fd\u0161enie bezpe\u010dnosti dopravy.
