V\u00fdkon a kr\u00fatiaci moment le\u017eia na \u00farovni dne\u0161n\u00fdch osemvalcov, teda viac ako <strong>300 kW<\/strong> (408 k) a viac ako 500 Nm. Nov\u00fd motor V8 biturbo vy\u0165a\u017e\u00ed zo zdvihov\u00e9ho objemu 3 982 cm3 viac ako <strong>350 kW <\/strong>(476 k) a disponuje maxim\u00e1lnym kr\u00fatiacim momentom cca 700 Nm od 2 000 ot.\/min. Nov\u00fd motor spotrebuje o pribli\u017ene 10 percent menej paliva ako jeho predchodca s v\u00fdkonom <strong>335 kW <\/strong>(455 k). Na celkovo desiatich sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch stoliciach pre vozidl\u00e1 v modernej, kompletne novozariadenej budove v Sindelfingene sa okrem in\u00e9ho vykon\u00e1va jemn\u00e9 vyla\u010fovanie motora a prevodovky \u2013 navz\u00e1jom sa vyla\u010fuj\u00fa komfort, dynamika a agilnos\u0165. K zauj\u00edmavostiam patria sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 stolice s vysoko presn\u00fdm meran\u00edm kr\u00fatiaceho momentu priamo na koles\u00e1ch vozidla a sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 stolica s v\u00fd\u0161kovou klimatickou komorou. Pri navrhovan\u00ed AIZ sa kl\u00e1dli vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na rekuper\u00e1ciu energie: 98 percent elektrickej brzdnej energie zo sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch stol\u00edc sa odv\u00e1dza sp\u00e4\u0165 do siete a dve tretiny roka sa sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 stolice klimatizuj\u00fa bez vynalo\u017eenia \u010fal\u0161ej energie, tak\u017ee sa z verejnej siete neodober\u00e1 \u017eiadna energia. Pri st\u00e1lej prev\u00e1dzke v\u0161etk\u00fdch desiatich sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch stol\u00edc sa tak d\u00e1 z\u00e1sobova\u0165 elektrickou energiou pribli\u017ene 7 500 dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Roz\u0161\u00edrenie technologick\u00e9ho strediska Mercedes-Benz Technology Center<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 Stredisko integr\u00e1cie pohonov je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 rozsiahleho roz\u0161irovania a prestavovania technologick\u00e9ho strediska Mercedes-Benz Technology Center (MTC) v Sindelfingene. Do prev\u00e1dzky u\u017e boli uveden\u00e9 nov\u00fd jazdn\u00fd simul\u00e1tor, klimatick\u00e9 aerodynamick\u00e9 tunely a \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd akustick\u00fd aerodynamick\u00fd tunel. Do roku 2018 vznikne okrem toho vysokomodern\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 stredisko pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 vozidiel, sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 stredisko pre elektroniku a v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00e9 stredisko.
