V\u00a0tomto pr\u00edpade nejde len o\u00a0preladenie nastaven\u00ed \u010di nov\u00e9 komponenty zavesenia kolies, ale o\u00a0\u00faplne nov\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru celej spodnej \u010dasti vozidla vr\u00e1tane ochrann\u00e9ho prstencov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mu, pomocn\u00fdch r\u00e1mov n\u00e1prav, samotn\u00e9ho zavesenia i\u00a0stabiliza\u010dn\u00fdch prvkov.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 glob\u00e1lna platforma je modul\u00e1rna. R\u00e1zvor i\u00a0\u0161\u00edrka s\u00fa modifikovate\u013en\u00e9, \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje postavi\u0165 na SGP v\u0161etky bud\u00face nov\u00e9 modely zna\u010dky. A\u00a0ke\u010f\u017ee je nov\u00e1 platforma z\u00e1sadn\u00fdm prvkom z\u00a0poh\u013eadu pas\u00edvnej i\u00a0akt\u00edvnej bezpe\u010dnosti, posilnili sa aj prvky ochrannej \u0161trukt\u00fary.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dvakr\u00e1t tuh\u0161ia kon\u0161trukcia Subaru<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Platforma s\u00a0karos\u00e9riou maj\u00fa teraz o\u00a070 a\u017e o\u00a0100 % vy\u0161\u0161iu pevnos\u0165 v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed so s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdmi modelmi. Subaru sa tak pripravilo na splnenie najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch po\u017eiadaviek na pas\u00edvnu bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 po\u010das nasleduj\u00facich desiatich rokov. Tak\u00fdto skvel\u00fd v\u00fdsledok sa podarilo dosiahnu\u0165 v\u010faka v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej miere vyu\u017eitia vysoko pevn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00fdch podiel na \u0161trukt\u00fare platformy a\u00a0karos\u00e9rie sa zv\u00fd\u0161il zo 45 na 55 %, pri\u010dom pribudlo \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 5 % ultra vysoko pevn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, sp\u00e1jan\u00fdch tavn\u00fdm zv\u00e1ran\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Zmenil sa aj tvar ochrann\u00e9ho prstencov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mu. Jeho dve bo\u010dn\u00e9 sekcie u\u017e neprech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa rovno dozadu v\u00a0l\u00ednii vozidla, ale jedna z\u00a0nich na ka\u017edej strane m\u00e1 tvar p\u00edsmena S, \u010do u\u013eah\u010duje pohltenie kinetickej energie pri n\u00e1raze. Kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dasti r\u00e1mu s\u00fa pevnej\u0161ie a\u00a0mas\u00edvnej\u0161ie, maj\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed prierez. Posilnili sa aj spoje r\u00e1mu s\u00a0karos\u00e9riou. Prepojenie je teraz realizovan\u00e9 cez pr\u00eddavn\u00e9 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 panely. Tak\u00e9to rie\u0161enie spolu s\u00a0mas\u00edvnymi pomocn\u00fdmi r\u00e1mami n\u00e1prav zni\u017euje prenos vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u00a0hluku od podvozku do kab\u00edny. Prejazd prie\u010dnych nerovnost\u00ed je teraz v\u00fdrazne tich\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0komfortnej\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kinetick\u00fa energiu pri n\u00e1raze pohlt\u00ed aj kardanov\u00fd hriade\u013e. Jeho deforma\u010dn\u00e1 sekcia, ktor\u00e1 programovo oddel\u00ed predn\u00fa od zadnej \u010dasti, sa zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ila z\u00a095 na 200 mm. Pri n\u00e1raze zboku poskytuje \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161iu ochranu v\u00fdrazne zosilnen\u00fd stredn\u00fd st\u013apik medzi predn\u00fdmi a\u00a0zadn\u00fdmi dverami, ktor\u00fd je teraz s karos\u00e9riou prepojen\u00fd tavn\u00fdm zv\u00e1ran\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Ot\u00e1zkou je, \u010do urobilo tak\u00e9to z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enie pevnosti a\u00a0bezpe\u010dnosti s\u00a0hmotnos\u0165ou vozidla. Spevnenie \u0161trukt\u00far, ale aj vy\u0161\u0161ia kvalita interi\u00e9ru pridali 44 kg. Na druhej strane umo\u017enilo pou\u017eitie vysoko pevn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov a\u00a0od\u013eah\u010denie niektor\u00fdch prvkov 50 kilogramov u\u0161etri\u0165. O\u00a010 mm sa zn\u00ed\u017eila poz\u00edcia sedenia na predn\u00fdch i\u00a0zadn\u00fdch sedadl\u00e1ch a\u00a0bod, v\u00a0ktorom m\u00e1 vodi\u010d opret\u00e9 p\u00e4ty o\u00a0podlahu, je teraz dokonca a\u017e o\u00a020 mm ni\u017e\u0161ie. Hoci n\u00edzka poloha \u0165a\u017eiska bola aj doteraz silnou str\u00e1nkou vozidiel Subaru, pri novej platforme sa e\u0161te viac vzdialili od konkurencie v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch segmentoch a\u00a0dostali sa na \u00farove\u0148 \u0161portov\u00fdch vozidiel.<\/p>\n<p>Ak\u00e9 to prinieslo v\u00fdsledky? Okrem zlep\u0161enej stability v\u00a0priamom smere sa pod\u013ea intern\u00fdch dynamick\u00fdch testov zhruba o\u00a08 km\/h zv\u00fd\u0161ila r\u00fdchlos\u0165 prejazdu normovan\u00fdm vyh\u00fdbac\u00edm man\u00e9vrom, tzv. los\u00edm testom.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Netradi\u010dn\u00e9 pro-z\u00e1kazn\u00edcke rie\u0161enie od kon\u0161trukt\u00e9rov<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na lep\u0161\u00edch jazdn\u00fdch vlastnostiach nem\u00e1 z\u00e1sluhu len \u0165a\u017eisko a\u00a0platforma, ale aj zmeny na zavesen\u00ed kolies. Z\u00e1sadn\u00e1 novinka sa udiala na robustnom zadnom viacprvkovom nez\u00e1vislom zavesen\u00ed. Toto prelomov\u00e9 rie\u0161enie ve\u013emi v\u00fdrazne, a\u017e o\u00a050 % zn\u00ed\u017eilo bo\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klony karos\u00e9rie bez zn\u00ed\u017eenia komfortu. Hlavnou motiv\u00e1ciou kon\u0161trukt\u00e9rov Subaru bolo e\u0161te viac umocni\u0165 dynamick\u00fd pocit z\u00a0jazdy.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 platforma priniesla aj zlep\u0161enie brzdn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed: skr\u00e1tila sa brzdn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha a\u00a0v\u00fdrazne sa zv\u00fd\u0161ila stabilita pri man\u00e9vrovan\u00ed po\u010das brzdenia. A\u00a0u\u017e len \u010dere\u0161ni\u010dkou na torte je vylep\u0161en\u00e1 presnos\u0165 a\u00a0odozva riadenia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Historick\u00fd moment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 Subaru XV je prelomov\u00fdm modelom.
