Pre\u010do? <\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Michael Kobriger:<\/b> Po ekonomickej kr\u00edze sa trh v Eur\u00f3pe prepadal a nastala ve\u013ek\u00e1 hospod\u00e1rska s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e. To znamenalo, \u017ee sme mali prebytok v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt, a to postupne viedlo k ve\u013emi silnej cenovej konkurencii. Ich s\u00e9riov\u00fa v\u00fdrobu sme presunuli do tureckej Ankary a tov\u00e1re\u0148 v Plavne sme konvertovali na centrum \u0161peci\u00e1lnych \u00faprav autobusov (Bus Modification Center). Druh\u00fdm krokom bolo zl\u00fa\u010denie dvoch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt v Po\u013esku do jedn\u00e9ho zariadenia v Starachowiciach. To, \u017eia\u013e, znamenalo zatvorenie fabriky v Poznani. Tret\u00edm krokom bude prestavba tov\u00e1rne v Salzgitteri z v\u00fdroby autobusov\/autokarov na produkciu dielcov a presun kompletizovania podvozkov autobusov\/autokarov do z\u00e1vodu v Starachowiciach. To znamenalo, \u017ee sme mohli na\u0161im \u013eu\u010fom garantova\u0165 pr\u00e1cu od samotn\u00e9ho za\u010diatku. Tie\u017e n\u00e1m to uk\u00e1zalo, ko\u013eko pridanej hodnoty m\u00f4\u017eeme z\u00edska\u0165 zo skuto\u010dnosti, \u017ee sme \u010dlenmi jednej ve\u013ekej skupiny. Cel\u00fd rad in\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed by nebol schopn\u00fd vyrie\u0161i\u0165 tak\u00fdto probl\u00e9m tak elegantne.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u010dou \u010d\u00edsiel: v Poznani sme mali pribli\u017ene tis\u00edc zamestnancov, ktor\u00fdm sme mohli da\u0165 celkove tri ponuky. Prvou bola mo\u017enos\u0165 presun\u00fa\u0165 sa s nami do Starachow\u00edc s t\u00fdm, \u017ee zabezpe\u010d\u00edme v\u0161emo\u017en\u00fa asistenciu a podporu. Na\u0161\u00edm prim\u00e1rnym z\u00e1ujmom bolo udr\u017ea\u0165 si na\u0161ich expertov a spolupracovn\u00edkov pre \u010fal\u0161iu pr\u00e1cu. Nakoniec t\u00fato ponuku vyu\u017eila zhruba p\u00e4\u0165desiatka zamestnancov. Druhou eventualitou bolo nov\u00e9 zamestnanie v r\u00e1mci niektorej z tov\u00e1rn\u00ed VW Group v regi\u00f3ne Pozna\u0148. I\u0161lo o z\u00e1vod na v\u00fdrobu automobilov modelov\u00e9ho radu Caddy v Antoninku, v poznanskej zlievarni alebo v novej fabrike vo Wrzesnie. Tre\u0165ou ponukou bolo vyplatenie odstupn\u00e9ho pre zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed po dohode od\u00eddu zo slu\u017eieb VW Group. Napokon sa takmer 400 zamestnancov presunulo do VW a okolo 500 zo spolo\u010dnosti odi\u0161lo. P\u00e4\u0165desiat kon\u0161trukt\u00e9rov na\u010falej pracuje v MAN Pozna\u0148.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Ako reagovali zamestnanci?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Michael Kobriger: <\/b>N\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00edstup v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku znamenal, \u017ee v\u0161etci na\u0161i zamestnanci boli spokojn\u00ed s rie\u0161en\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 sa zrealizovalo behom \u0161iestich t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Podp\u00edsali sme dohodu s odbormi, s ka\u017ed\u00fdm jedn\u00fdm zamestnancom sme individu\u00e1lne prediskutovali jeho situ\u00e1ciu, o\u010dak\u00e1vania a \u017eelania. V priebehu febru\u00e1ra sa v\u0161etko dostalo op\u00e4\u0165 do norm\u00e1lneho stavu. Samozrejme ned\u00e1 sa len tak zabudn\u00fa\u0165 na to, \u010do v\u0161etko sa udialo, ale na v\u00fdrobe sa tieto skuto\u010dnosti neprejavili. Ke\u010f sa pozrieme na \u010d\u00edsla z v\u00fdroby, rok 2015 bol pre tov\u00e1re\u0148 v Poznani rekordn\u00fd: produktivita dosiahla tak\u00e9 hodnoty, ako nikdy predt\u00fdm. Zaznamenali sme najlep\u0161iu kvalitu v\u00fdrobkov a najlep\u0161iu spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 dod\u00e1vok. To, \u017ee sme tento cie\u013e splnili, bolo pre cel\u00fd t\u00edm skuto\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00ed\u0165azstvom. Niektor\u00e9 ciele sme dokonca prekro\u010dili: napr\u00edklad v posledn\u00fdch dvoch rokoch sme zv\u00fd\u0161ili produktivitu o 14 %, napriek tomu, \u017ee sme premiest\u0148ovali v\u00fdrobu.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Ako presne cel\u00e1 relok\u00e1cia v\u00fdroby prebiehala a postupovala? <\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Michael Kobriger: <\/b>Star\u00fd v\u00fdrobn\u00fd proces v Poznani bol rozdelen\u00fd do \u0161iestich krokov. Prv\u00fdm bolo za\u010datie v\u00fdroby v Poznani, namontovanie n\u00e1prav a vlastn\u00fdch kolies a pri \u0161iestom kroku sa pr\u00e1ca dokon\u010dila a vozidlo vyexpedovalo. Za\u010dali sme t\u00fdm, \u017ee sme si vybrali \u010das\u0165 zo za\u010diatku v\u00fdroby a previedli ju z Poznane do Starachow\u00edc. Potom sme stabilizovali a presunuli \u010fal\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 v\u00fdroby. Ka\u017ed\u00e9mu jednotliv\u00e9mu kroku premiestnenia produkcie musela predch\u00e1dza\u0165 f\u00e1za invest\u00edcie \u2013 preto\u017ee bolo nevyhnutn\u00e9 napr\u00edklad zrekon\u0161truova\u0165 budovy fabriky \u2013 a tie\u017e \u0161kolenia. Iba na konci cel\u00e9ho procesu, ke\u010f sa bl\u00ed\u017eila fin\u00e1lna f\u00e1za, za\u010dalo \u00eds\u0165 trochu do tuh\u00e9ho, preto\u017ee sa vyskytol cel\u00fd rad \u010dinnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 neboli pl\u00e1novan\u00e9, ale bolo ich treba, samozrejme, zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165.
