Tieto nov\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 s\u00fa teraz k dispoz\u00edcii s dobre zn\u00e1mymi, nov\u00fdmi a jedine\u010dn\u00fdmi funkciami.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>A\u017e o 7 % ni\u017e\u0161ia spotreba paliva<\/h4>\n<p>V\u0161etky nov\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 DAF pon\u00fakaj\u00fa a\u017e o 7 % ni\u017e\u0161iu spotrebu paliva. To je v\u00fdsledkom dokonale integrovan\u00fdch a \u00faplne nov\u00fdch poh\u00e1\u0148ac\u00edch s\u00fastav s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi ot\u00e1\u010dkami pri prev\u00e1dzkovej r\u00fdchlosti vozidla.<\/p>\n<h4>Nov\u00e1 kompaktn\u00e1 jednotka EAS: Viac priestoru na podvozku a vy\u0161\u0161ie u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie<\/h4>\n<p>Podvozok vyu\u017e\u00edva kompaktn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 jednotky EAS CF a XF. Syst\u00e9m EAS m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 teraz in\u0161talovan\u00fd ako celok (to znamen\u00e1 ako jednotka) medzi prvou a druhou n\u00e1pravou alebo za 2. prednou n\u00e1pravou (pre 8&#215;4 FAD). Toto umo\u017e\u0148uje vo\u013en\u00fd priestor na pridanie stojok \u017eeriavu, schr\u00e1nok na n\u00e1radie alebo pomocn\u00fdch (palivov\u00fdch) n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkom je viac mo\u017enost\u00ed pre usporiadanie komponentov na r\u00e1me a vy\u0161\u0161ie u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie, preto\u017ee nov\u00e1 kompaktn\u00e1 jednotka EAS je o 50 kg \u013eah\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h4>U\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie vy\u0161\u0161ie o 100 a\u017e 250 kilogramov<\/h4>\n<p>Najnov\u0161\u00ed rad viacn\u00e1pravov\u00fdch \u0165aha\u010dov a podvozkov je tie\u017e vybaven\u00fd pohonn\u00fdmi s\u00fastavami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v priemere a\u017e o 100 kg \u013eah\u0161ie. Nov\u00e9 osi prispievaj\u00fa k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu hmotnosti a\u017e o 250 kg aj na modeli CF FAD 8&#215;4 pre pou\u017eitie v stavebn\u00edctve.<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00e9 elektrohydraulicky riaden\u00e9 vle\u010den\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy pre DAF CF a DAF XF<\/h3>\n<p>Jednou z najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch noviniek v nov\u00fdch modeloch DAF CF a DAF XF je nov\u00e1 zadn\u00e1 vle\u010den\u00e1 n\u00e1prava pre n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 a podvozky, ktor\u00e1 zaru\u010duje maxim\u00e1lnu man\u00e9vrovate\u013enos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 riaden\u00e1 vle\u010den\u00e1 n\u00e1prava je vybaven\u00e1 \u00faplne novo vyvinut\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom elektrohydraulick\u00e9ho riadenia (EHS), ktor\u00fd je 30 kg \u013eah\u0161\u00ed a \u010falej zvy\u0161uje u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie. Riadenie je ve\u013emi presn\u00e9, preto\u017ee syst\u00e9m EHS priebe\u017ene vypo\u010d\u00edtava optim\u00e1lny uhol nato\u010denia kolies zadnej n\u00e1pravy na z\u00e1klade nato\u010denia predn\u00fdch kolies a r\u00e1zvoru n\u00e1prav. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie pr\u00ednosy tohto rie\u0161enia bud\u00fa obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zrejm\u00e9 pri jazde v mestsk\u00fdch oblastiach a pri man\u00e9vrovan\u00ed v \u00fazkom priestore. Syst\u00e9m riadenia vle\u010den\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy naviac obsahuje omnoho menej s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm zais\u0165uje prvotriednu robustnos\u0165 a spo\u013eahlivos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 riaden\u00e1 vle\u010den\u00e1 n\u00e1prava je ur\u010den\u00e1 nielen pre podvozky a \u0165aha\u010de 6 \u00d7 2, ale aj pre \u0161peci\u00e1lne konfigur\u00e1cie podvozkov 8 \u00d7 2.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m EHS je doplnen\u00fd pneumatick\u00fdm zavesen\u00edm pre vozidl\u00e1 6 \u00d7 2 DAF CF a DAF XF FAN. To umo\u017en\u00ed r\u00fdchlo zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 v\u00fd\u0161ku podvozku o 90 milimetrov a zdvihn\u00fa\u0165 o 185 milimetrov pre r\u00fdchle a spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 nakladanie a vykladanie vymenite\u013en\u00fdch nadstavieb.<\/p>\n<h4>Nov\u00e9 vle\u010den\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy s dvojmont\u00e1\u017eou<\/h4>\n<p>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 DAF taktie\u017e predstavuje 10-tonov\u00fa vodiac\u00fa n\u00e1pravu s dvojmont\u00e1\u017eou, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 statick\u00fa nosnos\u0165 minim\u00e1lne 34 ton. Toto je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pri nakladan\u00ed a vykladan\u00ed \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch kontajnerov, kde je v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina hmotnosti na zadnej n\u00e1prave. Nov\u00e1 n\u00e1prava m\u00e1 o 25 kg ni\u017e\u0161iu vlastn\u00fa hmotnos\u0165. V kombin\u00e1cii s \u010fal\u0161\u00edm zni\u017eovan\u00edm hmotnosti modelov DAF CF a DAF XF to vedie k celkov\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161eniu u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia a\u017e o 125 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00fa vle\u010den\u00fa n\u00e1pravu s dvojmont\u00e1\u017eou je mo\u017en\u00e9 objedna\u0165 na \u0165aha\u010de a podvozky 6 \u00d7 2 a podvozky 8 \u00d7 2.<\/p>\n<h4>Nov\u00e9 tandemov\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy s kolesov\u00fdmi redukciami<\/h4>\n<p>Pre vozidl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 \u010dasto jazdia v ter\u00e9ne, predstavuje spolo\u010dnos\u0165 DAF \u00faplne nov\u00fa tandemovou n\u00e1pravu s kolesov\u00fdmi redukciami (HR1670T). Nosn\u00fdm prvkom tejto n\u00e1pravy je liatinov\u00e1 n\u00e1pravov\u00e1 skri\u0148a, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje \u010fal\u0161ie zn\u00ed\u017eenie hmotnosti o 60 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Aby bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 dosiahnu\u0165 \u010do najvy\u0161\u0161ej mo\u017enej \u00faspory paliva, s\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii e\u0161te r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie pevn\u00e9 prevody (3,46, 3,61 a 3,76 : 1). Tieto prevody umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky motora. Aby sa zabezpe\u010dili najni\u017e\u0161ie mo\u017en\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, boli intervaly v\u00fdmeny oleja pre nov\u00e9 tandemov\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy pred\u013a\u017een\u00e9 na 3 roky alebo 450 000 kilometrov.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 tandemov\u00e1 n\u00e1prava s kolesov\u00fdmi redukciami je ur\u010den\u00e1 pre \u0165aha\u010de a podvozky 6 \u00d7 4 a 8 \u00d7 4 pre n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie s prev\u00e1dzkou v stredne \u0165a\u017ekom ter\u00e9ne. Tento rad zah\u0155\u0148a podvozok FAD 8 \u00d7 4 s dvoma riaden\u00fdmi predn\u00fdmi n\u00e1pravami, be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi na prepravu stavebn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, piesku a \u0161trku. S t\u00fdmto modelom u\u017e nie je SCR integrovan\u00fd do vertik\u00e1lneho v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho potrubia. Namiesto toho je umiestnen\u00fd v EAS, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v\u010faka svojim kompaktn\u00fdm rozmerom umiestnen\u00fd medzi obi dve predn\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy. Toto nov\u00e9 usporiadanie viedlo k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu hmotnosti o 115 kg a uvo\u013eneniu priestoru podvozku, ktor\u00fd je mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 pre in\u00e9 pr\u00edslu\u0161enstvo karos\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00fd \u013eahk\u00fd podvozok pre domie\u0161ava\u010d bet\u00f3nu 8 \u00d7 4 pre cel\u00fa Eur\u00f3pu<\/h3>\n<p>Mimoriadne \u013eahk\u00fd domie\u0161ava\u010d bet\u00f3nu CF FAD 8 x 4 je vybaven\u00fd 19-tonovou tandemovou n\u00e1pravou (SR1132T) a dvoma 7,1-tonov\u00fdmi predn\u00fdmi n\u00e1pravami. Tento podvozok, ktor\u00fd kombinuje robustnos\u0165 a n\u00edzku hmotnos\u0165, sa osved\u010dil vo Ve\u013ekej Brit\u00e1nii a vstupuje aj na trhy kontinent\u00e1lnej Eur\u00f3py. V\u010faka optimaliz\u00e1cii syst\u00e9mu riadenia a zavesenia, pou\u017eitiu kot\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch b\u0155zd a novej kompaktnej jednotky EAS so zvisl\u00fdm v\u00fdstupom v\u00fdfuku je pohotovostn\u00e1 hmotnos\u0165 vozidla iba 9 150 kg, \u010do je najlep\u0161ia hodnota v tejto kateg\u00f3rii. Unik\u00e1tny podvozok domie\u0161ava\u010da bet\u00f3nu je dod\u00e1van\u00fd s nov\u00fdm motorom PACCAR MX-11 s v\u00fdkonom od 270 do 330 kW (370 a\u017e 450 hp).<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00e9 podvozky DAF CF a DAF XF s\u00fa perfektne pripraven\u00e9 pre mont\u00e1\u017e nadstavieb<\/h3>\n<p>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 DAF predstavila d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 inov\u00e1cie podvozkov, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00fakaj\u00fa najlep\u0161ie rie\u0161enia pre nadstavb\u00e1rov na trhu. Nov\u00e9 moduly a pr\u00edpravy pre nadstavby (BAM) zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu pri r\u00fdchlej in\u0161tal\u00e1cii a mont\u00e1\u017ei skri\u0148ovej nadstavby, \u017eeriavu, skl\u00e1pacej nadstavby alebo h\u00e1kov\u00e9ho nakladacieho syst\u00e9mu. Otvory v zadnom previsu r\u00e1mu podvozku umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa jednoduch\u00fa mont\u00e1\u017e zadn\u00fdch zdv\u00edhac\u00edch \u010diel, \u017eeriavov a skri\u0148ov\u00fdch nadstavieb, ako aj u\u013eah\u010duj\u00fa premiestnenia komponentov, mont\u00e1\u017e prie\u010dok pre \u0165a\u017en\u00e9 zariadenie alebo ochranu proti podbehnutiu. Nov\u00e9 rozstupy otvorov \u0161etria n\u00e1klady v\u00fdrobcom nadstavieb a skracuj\u00fa \u010das potrebn\u00fd na dokon\u010denie vozidla pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<h4>Modern\u00fd syst\u00e9m sledovania kapacity akumul\u00e1torov<\/h4>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou novou funkciou je inovat\u00edvny syst\u00e9m sledovania kapacity akumul\u00e1torov, skr\u00e1tene BEM. Tento syst\u00e9m pou\u017e\u00edva novo vyvinut\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d na meranie presn\u00fdch podmienok kapacity akumul\u00e1torov, a dokonca umo\u017e\u0148uje zoh\u013eadni\u0165 podmienky prostredia, \u010do zaist\u00ed na\u0161tartovan\u00ed vozidla za r\u00f4znych podmienok a zlep\u0161\u00ed tak ich prev\u00e1dzkyschopnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00e9 motory PACCAR MX-11 a MX-13<\/h3>\n<p>V s\u00falade s filozofiou DAF Transport Efficiency sme vyvinuli maxim\u00e1lne \u00fasilie na dosiahnutie maxim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu z ka\u017edej kvapky paliva.
