Hlavn\u00fd rozdiel bude ale vo vyu\u017eit\u00ed bat\u00e9rii pre elektrick\u00fd pohon. A e\u0161te jedna zauj\u00edmavos\u0165. Pre triedu LMP1 bude vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 motor aj Honda. Nech je ako chce, ich HPD LMP2 motor mal dvojit\u00e9 turbo, V6 s uhlom 60\u00b0. Objem 2,8 litra, riadiaca jednotka z ich vlastnej dielne HPD. Dve vzduchov\u00e9 klapky s priemerom 29,3mm. V\u00fdkon 450 konsk\u00fdch s\u00edl pri 6200ot\/min.
