Napr\u00edklad v typickom nasaden\u00ed v dia\u013ekovej doprave sa podarilo medzi rokom 2011 a predstaven\u00edm nov\u00e9ho modelu Actros 2019 dosiahnu\u0165 \u00faspory na \u00farovni a\u017e 15 percent. Nov\u00fd Actros nezost\u00e1val len pri tom a v porovnan\u00ed so svoj\u00edm predchodcom jazd\u00ed na dia\u013eniciach \u00faspornej\u0161ie o tri percent\u00e1 a pri jazde mimo obc\u00ed dokonca a\u017e o p\u00e4\u0165 percent. To sa odr\u00e1\u017ea aj v novom modeli Actros: u\u017e len samotn\u00fd syst\u00e9m MirrorCam, ktor\u00fd nahr\u00e1dza klasick\u00e9 sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 zrkadl\u00e1, prispieva 1,5-percentn\u00fdm podielom k celkov\u00e9mu zn\u00ed\u017eeniu spotreby nov\u00e9ho modelu Actros. K zn\u00ed\u017eeniu spotreby prispievaj\u00fa aj nov\u00e9, konk\u00e1vne odtrhov\u00e9 klapky na kab\u00edne vodi\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hodnotn\u00e9 zariadenie: axi\u00e1lny ventil\u00e1tor pre r\u00fdchlosti vetra a\u017e do 250 km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> V neposlednom rade s\u00fa tieto zlep\u0161enia d\u00f4sledkom intenz\u00edvnych testov v aerodynamickom tuneli spolo\u010dnosti Daimler AG v Untert\u00fcrkheime. Pokusy v tuneli priniesli cenn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, najm\u00e4 v pr\u00edpade syst\u00e9mu MirrorCam. Na jednej strane priniesli inform\u00e1cie o aerodynamickom dizajne oboch kamerov\u00fdch ramien a na druhej strane inform\u00e1cie t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa umiestnenia kamerov\u00fdch ramien na pravej a \u013eavej strane kab\u00edny vodi\u010da. Aerodynamick\u00e9 opatrenia sa okrem toho overuj\u00fa aj pri pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed na cestn\u00fdch komunik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. Napr\u00edklad pokusmi, pri ktor\u00fdch ur\u010dili najlep\u0161ie umiestnenie kamerov\u00fdch ramien syst\u00e9mu MirrorCam. Diskutovalo sa o hornej i dolnej \u010dasti st\u013apikov A, ako aj hornej \u010dasti st\u013apikov B. Pri pokusoch sa vyu\u017e\u00edval skuto\u010dn\u00fd model Actros, ktor\u00e9ho vonkaj\u0161ie zrkadl\u00e1 sa vymenili za prototypy kamerov\u00fdch ramien \u2013 tie sa postupne umiest\u0148ovali na tri r\u00f4zne polohy, ktor\u00e9 sa n\u00e1sledne kontrolovali. N\u00e1kladn\u00e9 motorov\u00e9 vozidlo bolo umiestnen\u00e9 na v\u00e1hu vetern\u00e9ho tunela a n\u00e1sledne sa spustili ventil\u00e1tory. Stupnica umo\u017e\u0148uje in\u017einierom zmera\u0165 silu vzduchu, ktor\u00e1 pri obtekan\u00ed p\u00f4sob\u00ed na vozidlo. V\u00fdsledok: najlep\u0161ia mo\u017en\u00e1 poloha na umiestnenie kamerov\u00fdch ramien sa nach\u00e1dza na st\u013apikoch A v oblasti hrany strechy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u013eadalo sa aj rie\u0161enie na zabr\u00e1nenie toho, aby rozpt\u00fdlen\u00e9 svetlo dopadaj\u00face zvrchu zni\u017eovalo v\u00fdkon kamier. Pri t\u00fdchto testoch sa osved\u010dila mal\u00e1 strie\u0161ka, ktorou s\u00fa teraz vybaven\u00e9 ramen\u00e1 syst\u00e9mu MirrorCam. In\u017einieri tie\u017e zohrali k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri v\u00fdvoji nov\u00fdch, konk\u00e1vnych odtrhov\u00fdch klapiek kab\u00edny vodi\u010da. Nov\u00e9 odtrhov\u00e9 klapky tie\u017e prispievaj\u00fa k tomu, \u017ee nov\u00fd Actros spotrebuje tak m\u00e1lo paliva ako \u017eiaden jeho predchodca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zna\u010dn\u00fd pokrok: lep\u0161\u00ed preh\u013ead, viac bezpe\u010dnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\u017einieri mali pri pokusoch v aerodynamickom tuneli a CFD anal\u00fdzach na pam\u00e4ti nielen najni\u017e\u0161iu mo\u017en\u00fa spotrebu paliva, ale aj ochranu pred zne\u010disten\u00edm. A to najm\u00e4 v pr\u00edpade oblast\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 z h\u013eadiska bezpe\u010dnosti, ako napr\u00edklad \u010deln\u00e9 a bo\u010dn\u00e9 okn\u00e1, \u010di \u0161o\u0161ovky kamerov\u00fdch ramien. Aerodynamika vpl\u00fdva aj na to, ko\u013eko ne\u010dist\u00f4t zo samotn\u00e9ho vozidla alebo z vozidiel id\u00facich vpredu sa na vozidle zachyt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V prev\u00e1dzke u\u017e po cel\u00e9 desa\u0165ro\u010dia: aerodynamick\u00fd tunel v Untert\u00fcrkheime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Aerodynamick\u00fd tunel v Untert\u00fcrkheime maj\u00fa v\u00fdvoj\u00e1ri zna\u010dky Mercedes-Benz k dispoz\u00edcii u\u017e osem desa\u0165ro\u010d\u00ed. V\u010faka cielenej moderniz\u00e1cii je v\u017edy v stave, ktor\u00fd zodpoved\u00e1 aktu\u00e1lnemu technick\u00e9ho pokroku. Dva motory na jednosmern\u00fd pr\u00fad, z ktor\u00fdch ka\u017ed\u00fd poskytuje v\u00fdkon 250 kW, uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa do pohybu axi\u00e1lny ventil\u00e1tor s deviatimi lopatkami a priemerom 8,5 metra \u2013 poskytuje tak\u00fa silu, \u017ee s\u00e1m dok\u00e1\u017ee vyvin\u00fa\u0165 silu vetra na \u00farovni 17. Ke\u010f je ventil\u00e1tor zapnut\u00fd, horizont\u00e1lne pres\u00fava pribli\u017ene 9 000 m3 vzduchu do prstencovit\u00e9ho tunelu s d\u013a\u017ekou 125 metrov. V testovacej \u010dasti stoj\u00ed vozidlo na oto\u010dnom kot\u00fa\u010di s priemerom dvan\u00e1s\u0165 metrov, aby mohlo by\u0165 vystaven\u00e9 vetru spredu, ale aj zboku, a to v akomko\u013evek po\u017eadovanom uhle. Do oto\u010dn\u00e9ho kot\u00fa\u010da je okrem valcov\u00e9ho dynamometra integrovan\u00e1 aj \u0161es\u0165prvkov\u00e1 v\u00e1ha. Sl\u00fa\u017ei na mimoriadne presn\u00e9 ur\u010dovanie nieko\u013ek\u00fdch s\u00edl, okrem in\u00fdch aj sily vetra.
