{"id":5938,"date":"2014-02-11T13:06:14","date_gmt":"2014-02-11T11:06:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mixmotor.eu\/?p=5938"},"modified":"2014-02-11T13:06:14","modified_gmt":"2014-02-11T11:06:14","slug":"volvo-je-spat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mixmotor.eu\/en\/5938\/volvo-je-spat","title":{"rendered":"Volvo je sp\u00e4\u0165"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Volvo sa so \u0161portovou div\u00edziou Polestar Racing rozhodlo vr\u00e1ti\u0165 medzi ve\u013ek\u00fdch chlapcov so svoj\u00edm 650 ko\u0148ov\u00fdm, osemvalcov\u00fdm motorom.<\/p>\n<p>Ost\u00e1vaj\u00fa u\u017e iba tri t\u00fd\u017edne do \u0161tartu s\u00e9rie pretekov s n\u00e1zvom V8 Supercars 2014.\u00a0 Volvo sa rozhodlo po doteraj\u0161\u00edch \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch sez\u00f3nach s ich s\u00fa\u0165a\u017enou div\u00edziou Polestar vr\u00e1ti\u0165 do tejto najvy\u0161\u0161ej kubat\u00fary. Pred za\u010diatkom cel\u00e9ho koloto\u010da, kedy ich m\u00f4\u017ee zastavi\u0165 iba porucha, predstavili svoj nov\u00fd motor ur\u010den\u00fd v\u00fdhradne iba pre t\u00fato s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e.<br \/>\nU\u017e z n\u00e1zvu s\u00fa\u0165a\u017enej s\u00e9rie je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee pod\u013ea platn\u00fdch pravidiel vytvorili motor do V s \u00f4smimi valcami. Vtedaj\u0161\u00ed objem bol 4,4l a po\u010det a beh valcov bol toto\u017en\u00fd so s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00fdm, teda V8. Vyv\u00edjala ho Yamaha Motor Corporation a vyr\u00e1ban\u00fd bol taktie\u017e v Japonsku. Od ostatn\u00fdch motorov v tej dobe sa l\u00ed\u0161il pr\u00e1ve v\u00fdrobou. Cel\u00fd blok motora z hlin\u00edkovej zliatiny bol odlievan\u00fd pod tlakom do svojej formy,\u00a0pri\u010dom ostatn\u00e9 bloky\u00a0SHO motorov (super high output =\u00a0ohromne ve\u013ek\u00fd v\u00fdstup) boli odlievan\u00e9 do pieskovej formy za norm\u00e1lneho atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9ho tlaku. Kone\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdrobok tak obsahoval minimum p\u00f3rov a jeho steny mohli by\u0165 tak men\u0161\u00edch hr\u00fabok (prierez steny bol pln\u00fd a teda aj pevnej\u0161\u00ed &#8211; p\u00f3rovit\u00fd materi\u00e1l je menej pevn\u00fd pr\u00e1ve kv\u00f4li p\u00f3rom v \u0148om). Celkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon kr\u00fatiaci moment\u00a0boli 315 kon\u00ed a 440Nm. Tvar V zvieral uhol 60\u00b0 a blok motora spolu s hlavami motora mal 190kg (\u010do bola v roku 2005 ve\u013emi pr\u00edjemn\u00e1 hmotnos\u0165 na tak\u00fd motor). Polestar teda zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161il objem motora na 4.989cm ^3, zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161il kompresn\u00fd pomer a\u017e na 10:1, zmenil sanie motora, zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161il sacie hrdl\u00e1 vyroben\u00e9 z vysokopevn\u00e9ho a hlavne \u013eahk\u00e9ho uhl\u00edkov\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna, zmenil ventily, va\u010dky (va\u010dky s\u00fa ostr\u00e9, je zmenen\u00e9 \u010dasovanie, zmenen\u00e9 uhly ventilov v hlav\u00e1ch motora, dva va\u010dkov\u00e9 hriadele nad obidvomi hlavami), samotn\u00e9 piesty, ojnice s\u00fa e\u0161te pevnej\u0161ie a e\u0161te \u013eah\u0161ie, zmenen\u00e1 bola aj cel\u00e1 v\u00fdfukov\u00e1 s\u00fastava.
