Johnson Controls pracuje na novom projekte, \u013eahkej kon\u0161trukcii z hlin\u00edka a ocele.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Johnson Controls, glob\u00e1lna multipriemyseln\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165, investuje do automobilov\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho projektu, ktor\u00fd kombinuje dva pr\u00edstupy, dva materi\u00e1ly, do \u013eahk\u00fdch kon\u0161trukci\u00ed<strong>, <\/strong>a to po prv\u00fd raz. Partneri z vedy a priemyslu pracuj\u00fa na r\u00farach na mieru, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa vyroben\u00e9 hybridne, konkr\u00e9tne z ocele a hlin\u00edka. V\u00fdsledkom m\u00e1 by\u0165 od\u013eah\u010denie o 10 a\u017e 20 percent vo\u010di teraj\u0161\u00edm kon\u0161trukci\u00e1m seda\u010diek. Pre mnoh\u00fdch to st\u00e1le neznamen\u00e1 tak\u00e9 &#8220;wau&#8221; ako pre stroj\u00e1rov, no na konci cel\u00e9ho re\u0165azca, kedy bud\u00fa tak\u00e9to od\u013eah\u010den\u00e9 seda\u010dky umiestnen\u00e9 v automobiloch, d\u00f4jde aj ku zn\u00ed\u017eeniu spotreby tak\u00fdchto automobilov!<\/p>\n<p>Presn\u00e9 r\u00fary s\u00fa u\u017e dlh\u0161iu dobu vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v autoseda\u010dk\u00e1ch, prirodzene v nemalej miere, ale tieto r\u00fary bud\u00facnosti s\u00fa z hlin\u00edka, ocele a r\u00f4znych hr\u00fabok stien. Ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja projektu &#8220;Hydraulick\u00e9 tv\u00e1rnenie laserovo zv\u00e1ran\u00fdch presn\u00fdch hybridn\u00fdch r\u00far z oce\u013eo-hlin\u00edkovej zmesi pre automobilov\u00e9 \u013eahk\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie (Hydroforming of laser-brazed tailored hybrid tubes of a steel-aluminum blend for automotive lightweight construction IHU-THT)&#8221; h\u013eadaj\u00fa spolupartnersk\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti u\u017e od marca 2014 mo\u017enos\u0165 vyu\u017ei\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 hmotnostn\u00e9 prednosti hlin\u00edka, a to jeho kombinovan\u00edm s oce\u013eou v dut\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010diastkach.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Be\u017en\u00e9 sp\u00e1jacie procesy, ak\u00fdmi je zv\u00e1ranie, nie s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 pre spoj medzi hlin\u00edkom a oce\u013eou, preto\u017ee nedok\u00e1\u017eu znies\u0165 obrovsk\u00fd tlak kvapaliny po\u010das procesu tv\u00e1rnenia.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Hlavnou v\u00fdzvou je v prvom rade spoji\u0165 oce\u013eov\u00e9 a hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 segmenty r\u00far&#8221;, vysvet\u013euje Andreas Eppinger, viceprezident mana\u017ementu technol\u00f3gii v Johnson Controls Automobilov\u00e9 seda\u010dky. &#8220;Dut\u00fdm s\u00fa\u010diastkam je dan\u00fd v\u00fdsledn\u00fd tvar pomocou hydraulick\u00e9ho tv\u00e1rnenia. Be\u017en\u00e9 sp\u00e1jacie procesy, ak\u00fdmi je zv\u00e1ranie, nie s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 pre spoj medzi hlin\u00edkom a oce\u013eou, preto\u017ee nedok\u00e1\u017eu znies\u0165 obrovsk\u00fd tlak kvapaliny po\u010das procesu tv\u00e1rnenia.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdskumn\u00fd t\u00edm, zlo\u017een\u00fd z vedcov z in\u0161tit\u00fatu pre integrovan\u00fa produkciu (Institute for Integrated Production IPH) a Hanoversk\u00e9 laserov\u00e9 centrum (LZH) vyu\u017e\u00edva laserov\u00e9 zv\u00e1ranie, \u010d\u00edm je dosiahnut\u00fd pevn\u00fd a trv\u00e1cny zvar. Po\u010das 24-mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho trvania projektu sa vedci\/spolo\u010dnosti p\u00f4sobiace na poli laserovej technol\u00f3gie a automobilov\u00ed dod\u00e1vatelia a v\u00fdrobcovia zameraj\u00fa na optimaliz\u00e1ciu produk\u010dn\u00fdch procesov a pr\u00edpravy pre priemyseln\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie, ako napr\u00edklad automobilov\u00e9 diely karos\u00e9rii, n\u00e1razov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky dver\u00ed a seda\u010dkov\u00fdch prie\u010dnych r\u00e1mov.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pr\u00e1ve investujeme ako prv\u00e9 do v\u00fdvoja a simula\u010dn\u00fdch slu\u017eieb a podporujeme projekt\u00a0 s rozsiahlym testovan\u00edm komponentov. V \u010fal\u0161om kroku komponenty vyrob\u00edme a n\u00e1sledne predstav\u00edme koncept seda\u010dky s THT zadnou \u010das\u0165ou,&#8221; povedal Eppinger.<\/p>\n<p>*THT &#8211; tailored hybrid tubes = presn\u00e9 hybridn\u00e9 r\u00fary<\/p>\n<p>Projekt, podporovan\u00fd Spolkov\u00fdm ministerstvom financi\u00ed a energetiky ako aj Asoci\u00e1ciou v\u00fdskumu automobilov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gii (FAT), pon\u00faka Johnson Controls nieko\u013eko pr\u00edstupov s enormn\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lom do bud\u00facna, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa ods\u00fahlasen\u00e9 po\u010das projektu. &#8220;Uvedomili sme si zisk obrovskej redukcie hmotnosti v chrbtov\u00fdch \u010dastiach seda\u010diek vyr\u00e1ban\u00fdch z hybridn\u00fdch presn\u00fdch r\u00far, a nie iba z mixu \u013eah\u0161\u00edch materi\u00e1lov ocele a hlin\u00edka, ale aj z pou\u017eitia men\u0161ieho po\u010dtu dielov. Takisto sk\u00famame mo\u017enos\u0165 priameho zabudovania vysokopevn\u00e9ho nastavova\u010da sklonu chrbtovej \u010dasti seda\u010dky. Touto cestou by sme mohli nakoniec odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 dodato\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eadovan\u00e9 nastavovacie diely a vytvori\u0165 glob\u00e1lne produk\u010dn\u00e9 procesy, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie,&#8221; dodal Eppinger.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e len pre doplnenie, mo\u017enosti atrakt\u00edvneho vzh\u013eadu prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa spolu s kon\u0161trukciou pre vysok\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e v chrbtovej \u010dasti.
