Tento kr\u00e1t si prezrad\u00edme ako Johnson Controls vyv\u00edja autoseda\u010dky.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Po\u017eiadavka na za\u010diatok<\/h3>\n<p>Mnoh\u00ed majitelia \u00e1ut sa domnievaj\u00fa, \u017ee autoseda\u010dka v\u00a0ich aute je vytvoren\u00e1 v\u00a0tej danej automobilke, od ktorej maj\u00fa auto. Automobilka v\u0161ak na mnoh\u00e9 veci vyu\u017e\u00edva r\u00f4znych dod\u00e1vate\u013eov. \u010ci u\u017e hovor\u00edme o\u00a0tlmi\u010doch podvozku, brzd\u00e1ch, alebo o\u00a0autoseda\u010dk\u00e1ch. A\u00a0pr\u00e1ve pri autoseda\u010dk\u00e1ch sa zastav\u00edme. Tak\u017ee ako to vlastne je?<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sjv5XJRdD98\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pre automobilov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobcov by bolo ve\u013emi finan\u010dne, \u010dasovo, ale aj kapacitne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 vyvin\u00fa\u0165 pre ka\u017ed\u00fd nov\u00fd model aj nov\u00e9 autoseda\u010dky a\u00a0to hne\u010f v\u00a0nieko\u013ek\u00fdch prevedeniach. Tejto \u201etia\u017ee\u201c sa zbavuj\u00fa tak, \u017ee po\u0161l\u00fa objedn\u00e1vky vybran\u00fdm firm\u00e1m, tak\u00fdm, akou je aj Johnson Controls (\u010falej u\u017e iba JC). Ak JC vyhr\u00e1 tak\u00fdto tender, dost\u00e1va sa do f\u00e1zy v\u00fdvoja samotnej seda\u010dky. Na tomto v\u00fdvoji pracuj\u00fa viacer\u00e9 oddelenia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Oddelenie kovov, kde sa staraj\u00fa o\u00a0v\u00fdvoj a\u00a0v\u00fdpo\u010det kovov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed autoseda\u010diek.<\/li>\n<li>Oddelenie plastov, kde vznikaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne vonkaj\u0161ie kryty seda\u010diek, vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie hlavov\u00fdch opierok a\u00a0pod.<\/li>\n<li>Oddelenie pien. Peny vyp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa objem seda\u010dky a\u00a0vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa sedaciu a\u00a0chrbtov\u00fa \u010das\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>Oddelenie skompletovania. Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd tvar seda\u010dky ktor\u00fd by sa nemal meni\u0165, \u017eivotnos\u0165 materi\u00e1lov, trieda auta, cenov\u00fd strop, krajinu v\u00a0ktorej by mala by\u0165 seda\u010dka spolu s\u00a0autom uveden\u00e1 na trh.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdvoj a\u00a0v\u00fdpo\u010dty a testovanie<\/h3>\n<p>Po\u010das cel\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja treba dba\u0165 u\u017e na vy\u0161\u0161ie spomenut\u00e9 \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie a\u00a0po\u017eiadavky. Po\u010das tohto procesu v\u0161ak prebiehaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne kontroly zo strany JC, ale aj zo strany automobilky, r\u00f4zne konzult\u00e1cie a\u00a0aj prvotn\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00e9 testy. Pri re\u00e1lnom testovan\u00ed sa db\u00e1 na bezpe\u010dnos\u0165. Kontroluj\u00fa sa vystrelenia airbagov, ko\u013eko \u010dast\u00edc pri tomto vystrelen\u00ed so sebou airbag vymr\u0161t\u00ed do prostredia, \u010di sa spr\u00e1vne nafukuje, \u010di sa r\u00fdchlo nafukuje at\u010f. \u010ealej sa pri bezpe\u010dnosti db\u00e1 aj na samotn\u00e9 n\u00e1razy odpredu, odzadu, od boku, ako sa seda\u010dka bude spr\u00e1va\u0165, \u010di sa bude spr\u00e1vne deformova\u0165 (\u010di spr\u00e1vne pohlt\u00ed energiu od n\u00e1razu), \u010di udr\u017e\u00ed pasa\u017eiera na mieste. Okrem t\u00fdchto kontrol pribiehaj\u00fa aj \u00fanavov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky, kedy r\u00f4zne roboty vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa t\u00fa ist\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 po nieko\u013eko cyklov a\u00a0simuluj\u00fa napr\u00edklad nastupovanie a\u00a0vystupovanie do a\u00a0zo seda\u010diek, alebo kontroluj\u00fa \u017eivotnos\u0165 skl\u00e1pac\u00edch mechanizmov seda\u010diek a\u00a0pod.<\/p>\n<p>Po uzavret\u00ed cel\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja a\u00a0testovania sa dost\u00e1va seda\u010dka do v\u00fdroby, ktor\u00fa tie\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee firma JC zabezpe\u010di\u0165 a\u00a0ktor\u00fa sama vykon\u00e1va.
