V skuto\u010dnosti sa jedn\u00e1 o drastick\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie hmotnosti autoseda\u010dky vyu\u017eit\u00edm multi-materi\u00e1lov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Okrem toho, \u017ee Johnson Controls vyhral cenu v kateg\u00f3rii &#8220;Zelen\u00fd&#8221; pri odovzd\u00e1van\u00ed prest\u00ed\u017enych Cien inov\u00e1cii v Brusseli, 8. okt\u00f3bra, tak skuto\u010dne dosiahol zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisii CO2. Ako k tomu do\u0161lo? Technol\u00f3gie, pri ktor\u00fdch doch\u00e1dza ku zn\u00ed\u017eeniu hmotnosti v\u00fdsledn\u00e9ho produktu sa jedn\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou aj o zn\u00ed\u017eenie pou\u017eit\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, o zn\u00ed\u017eenie energii potrebn\u00fdch na opracovanie a v\u00fdrobu t\u00fdchto materi\u00e1lov, at\u010f.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161etci si povedia: ni\u010d \u0161peci\u00e1lne nevymysleli, hodili tam karb\u00f3n, je to pevn\u00e9, \u013eahk\u00e9, ak\u00fd probl\u00e9m? Probl\u00e9m karb\u00f3nu a v\u00f4bec jeho celej materi\u00e1lovej rodiny je ten, \u017ee st\u00e1le je pr\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00fd vo ve\u013ekos\u00e9riovej v\u00fdrobe vo\u010di kovov\u00fdm s\u00fa\u010diastkam. Okrem toho je aj \u010dasovo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na v\u00fdrobu, k\u00fdm lis vytla\u010d\u00ed plechov\u00fa kon\u0161trukciu autoseda\u010dky asi tak za 3 sekundy a hne\u010f ju aj vystrihne.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt CAMISMA je tak trochu skratka pre &#8220;cost-efficient, sustainable access to carbon-fiber-based materials systems&#8221;, nie \u00faplne doslovne, preto\u017ee tie p\u00edsmen\u00e1 nevych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa. Bez oh\u013eadu na po\u010det p\u00edsmen sa v\u0161ak jedn\u00e1 o &#8220;cenovo v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 a vhodn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly zalo\u017een\u00e9 na uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1knach&#8221;. CAMISMA za\u010dala v roku 2011 a zameriavala sa na zl\u00fa\u010denie materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 by boli pevn\u00e9, \u013eahk\u00e9 a cenovo v\u00fdhodn\u00e9. Vyv\u00edjali sa r\u00f4zne mo\u017enosti spojenia materi\u00e1lov napr. oce\u013e a plast vystu\u017een\u00fd sklolamin\u00e1tom (skratka FRP), ako aj inovat\u00edvne netkan\u00e9 uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna (toti\u017e pr\u00e1ve vl\u00e1kna v be\u017en\u00fdch uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1knach s\u00fa pretk\u00e1van\u00e9 ako pl\u00e1tno) spolu s termoplastick\u00fdmi p\u00e1skami (vyroben\u00fdch z vl\u00e1kien ur\u010den\u00fdch do uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien).<\/p>\n<p>Tieto \u0161tyri materi\u00e1ly s\u00fa skombinovan\u00e9 do komplexnej vrstvenej \u0161trukt\u00fary a to pri tepelnom tv\u00e1rnen\u00ed. Cel\u00fd proces tepeln\u00e9ho tv\u00e1rnenia musel by\u0165 mimochodom takisto vyvinut\u00fd \u00faplne od za\u010diatku. Prv\u00fa a hlavn\u00fa vrstvu ktor\u00e1 d\u00e1va tvar seda\u010dke je karb\u00f3n. Uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna zosil\u0148uj\u00fa miesta najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch deform\u00e1cii ku ktor\u00fdm m\u00f4\u017ee v aute pri nehode d\u00f4js\u0165. Rebrovanie ktor\u00e9 vidno na obr\u00e1zku tvor\u00ed materi\u00e1l FRP a tieto rebr\u00e1 s\u00fa vytvoren\u00e9 vstrekovan\u00edm. Tie sa n\u00e1sledne porovnali s re\u00e1lnymi, fyzick\u00fdmi testami a v\u00fdsledky boli ve\u013emi podobn\u00e9, \u010do je v\u00fdborn\u00e1 spr\u00e1va, preto\u017ee takto vyvinut\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly splnili o\u010dak\u00e1vania.<\/p>\n<p>Okrem spevnenia a zjednodu\u0161enia seda\u010diek, resp. chrbtov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed seda\u010diek sa tak\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom zn\u00ed\u017eila u\u017e na za\u010diatku spom\u00ednan\u00e1 hmotnos\u0165. Zn\u00ed\u017eenie je o 40% vo\u010di konven\u010dnej seda\u010dke na ktorej sed\u00edte v aute. A tak\u00fdchto seda\u010diek m\u00f4\u017eete ma\u0165 v aute 5, popr\u00edpade niekde a\u017e 7. Predstavte si teda celkov\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie hmotnosti a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom aj zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby auta.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt chc\u00fa vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 v po\u010dte 200.000 kusov ro\u010dne na jednej linke.
